The LudumDareBot is a script run by SpaceManiac. Pekuja hosts it on his server so it can be in the chat (nearly) 24×7.

In addition to the commands above, the bot also performs other functions for the #ludumdare chatroom.
A post to the channel when major cities across the world hit sunrise/sunset, and perhaps midnight and midday.
The ability to leave notes to users who are offline. These notes would be PMed to the target user when both they and LudumDareBot are online simultaneously.
