We spent the whole day trying to work with the music, menu and art, a.k.a. polishing the game. Hope it turns out to be a nice game.

2 Roll – 52h update [Unda]
Monday, December 14th, 2015 12:56 amOk, time for bed. It’s 5 a.m. here in Finland and work awaits me in a few hours. If Jammers can stay awake tomorrow, so can I.
Here’s what I got. It’s my first Unity game and so I’m very glad I could get it out on time. As you can see, it’s a two player boxing game. Tap on either side of the screen or use the left/right arrow key to make a player lean forward. This gets the hands swinging. So timing is everything in this game. The only thing growing, though, is your ego
If you got interested please check out the entry and try playing the WebGL version.
The first playable demo of our unamed game is finally here ! 😀
It’s a 2D platform game based on the “Two buttons controls” theme. In this game, you control an alien who crashed his spaceship in a big factory, and you must gather all the pieces from your spaceship in order to rebuild it and go home. In this demo, only the first “tutorial” level is playable. Obviously, the graphic part is definitely not finished. But it’s still playable and hopefully enjoyable 😀
Any feedback is welcome 😀
Now we got houses!!!
25 hours update 2 Roll [Unda]
Saturday, December 12th, 2015 10:28 pmAfter 25 hours I think that one of our little games are “over”. Now we just need to polish.
Well… this game enters the “Two Buttons Control” theme, it was thought to be played in local co-op, but I think that it works well alone.
The mechanics are simple: the button on the right (‘a’) rotate in one direction and open the trapdoors of the left, and the left button(‘l’) opens the trapdoor on the right and rotate in the other direction. The objective is not to die, you die when one of the balls hit the spike on the top.
Don’t know if I upload the game now or just when I’m really finished…
Hey guys!
It´s been a while since a posted a project in here, my last experience with a ludum dare project wasn’t very good, but here I am again! Today I will present a game that is being done by me and two other folks (Thiago Kozusko e Christiane de Vielmond) from a simple and small indie group called: Ludohood Studios.
Well, first let me show you guys what is our motivation for this project -> look this to understand the context of our game!
We are doing a art protest game (if we can call it that way hahaha) which aims to take you in a short, but deep, travel through our country (I´m brazilian btw) history. It will be a three act game:
- Act I – 1800: Slavery.
- Act II – 1970: Dictatorship.
- Act III – 2015: Schools closures.
Initially you could think that the third act is far less “powerfull” than the others and, in a way, this is true. But, what we are going to show through our game is that, regardless what happened in each of this cases, they all share a same sad thing: They hurted the human rights. For reaching this far in the text, I´ll let you guys see a sneak peak of the work of our artist:
Now, begin to prepare yourself for a awesome short history, where you gonna learn that things don´t always goes the way we want. Keep an eye on our nexts posts to know a little more about our project.
By the way, we are covering the theme “Two Buttons Control” and using Construct 2, for the game development.
See you guys again soon o/
Here’s a test level that we use to test the new features we keep adding ! We choose the “Two buttons controls” theme. You can use left click to move in one direction (the direction can be changed using the purple blocks), and you can activate things using right click (not seen in the following video). You can jump when you walk on the yellow blocks. The game is about resolving some puzzles based on thoses systems and some others that will be added in the future. There’s also a little story but Im not going to spoil you 😉
