Your game look more like a rythm game than a memory game. It's smooth and dynamic, I think you could push the concept further.
Having the same pattern on each round become a bit boring after a while.
I like the feeling of the game and it's really well polished.
Great job :)
Thank you, Narkhos. Yes, at first you can still memorize them, but then it's almost impossible to be memorized and you just want to react quickly XD
I did consider to push the concept further, I want to add randomness (which is not allowed for this mini LD), and I want to wrap the game with a different aesthetic theme instead of a regular rock-paper-scissors.
I wanted to practice polishing a game and apply my knowledge about game feel, that's why this game looks polished :)
Nicely polished and fun to play. My only problems with it were that every level always tarted with the same pattern and the difficulty curve was going up too slow I would say. Randomness would help this game a lot I would say. One more thing, after getting the game over screen I clicked out of it really fast. Also there doesn't seem to be any option to pause, maybe give player a choice when he wants to start next level and not play it immediately after finishing previous.
Cool game, the idea was solid. The art was simple but looked quite good. Good job!
Nice graphics, well made game! I included it in my compilation video series of all of the MiniLD #70 games, if you’d like to take a look :) https://youtu.be/WTS6C8jPNVI

Great idea, it actually makes the game a bit more fun instead of just guessing randomly!
