I like glitch elements in games. E.g. when the polished veneer in Portal starts coming apart and you discover the hide-outs behind the panelling, and the AI starts acting up.

I also like seeing risqué topics being addressed in games. Nice one.

enjoyed the 'glitching' effects, and was quite an interesting read. Nice work :)

I don't know if it is a funny game, but I do like the concept, good idea !

This was refreshing! I enjoyed the subject matter, the writing, and the concepts at play. It's lovely to see something taking on such thoughtful topics. I've been playing off & on with a similar concept regarding textual compression, but in a frivolous, twitter-centered way that seems a bit laughable in comparison now.

Well done!

Really interesting concept!
I liked the image data loss effect (and the fact that the choices leading there - were already only partly displayed)...
Really rare to see a game where the presentation of the game complements its content so well :)

Really cool concept, and great presentation. I really like the glitching effects, layout, and colors.

Trying to play in-browser or with the web link gives a 404. The real link should be http://hovershark.nfshost.com/projects/web/colony/index.html

Absolutely love the idea and the text. I wonder if there would be a way to expand on the concept without the text becoming unmanageable--as it is it seems there are exactly the two lines, and while you mix and match the pieces, there isn't much replayability beyond that. But maybe that's part of the meta-message of it. :) Anyway, very cool concept.

Interesting story! I included it in my compilation video series of all of the MiniLD 69 games, if you’d like to take a look :) https://youtu.be/nRFzaIcVxgM
