Hello everybody !

We are two French friends Anthony and Stéphane, 25 and 24 years old !

This is our first game on Ludum Dare and on that kind of event.
We did the game on Unity and it was our first game on Unity too.

It is the fusion of Rayman and Zelda which are two games we love !

Music & Graphics : Anthony Philippeau
Programming : Stéphane Thill
Game and Level design : Both

Controls :
wasd or arrows to control Rayda
o to shield
p to attack
(you have 3 lifepoints and you can pass Intro and Gameover with SpaceBar)

Hope you will enjoy and you will be indulgent ahah

Hey,
The game graphics look lovely. The game itself is really hard to play (I think one of those difficulty things when you are stuck playing the game yourself for 48h and your forget how good you are at the game).

Linkman moved really slow and he only punched upwards, and when his fist came back it didn't also kill the enemies.

Otherwise, good start for a nice little game. Packed weirdly. You've supplied all the source files too.
All you need is:
rayda.exe
rayda_Data
Packaged together to play the game

Good luck with Unity, it's a sweet engine and can achieve lots. Not bad, keep at it :)

thank you very much for your feedback !

I did not know for the files to give or not ahahah it is really the first time I used Unity xD

In theory you can attack Up/Left/Down/Right and it was a choice to not be able to hit ennemies when your fist comes back (I test the collision with an object or when it reaches its maximum lenght and when it cames back, it just go through everything to Rayda)

Neat game! I included it in my MiniLD #63 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look :) https://youtu.be/jnmcsmLzpT4
