Ballistic Pong

Ballistic Pong, my entry for my first ludum dare. In addition to having the discipline to actually finish something playable, my goal/twist/idea was to make the ball in pong be affected by gravity. The transition to an arced level evolved from that.

Of course, there was tons of stuff I didn't get to, like sound, gamepad support, and a challenging AI (although on occasion the existing AI can put some wicked spin on the ball).

* Left player, use W/S to move the paddle.
* Right player, use Up/Down to move the paddle.
* <Space> pauses the game
* <Escape> can be used to kick you back to the title page (in case you encounter a physics bug that I didn't squash and the ball gets trapped).

Note: the game requires .NET 4.5 Framework

Smooth game, simple graphics, well made. I included it in part 1 of my MiniLD #58 compilation video series, if you would like to take a look :)
