Nice graphics and very nice game play.
Well done. I love the change of angle idea.

Thanks :) I wanted to add a few more obstacle types and extra balls/ paddles / power ups etc but time (work) got the better of me.

This was cool, obviously the visuals are stellar work and the game was working great. One thing off was that the ball would sometimes enter my nemesis court, give me a point, and then bounce back in a give me another point. Other then that I thought it also added some unique features that made it interesting like the bomb mechanic.

Cool game but way to slow on my computer.

@sebasRez - Thanks. Yes I noticed the ball do that a couple of times early on in dev. I thought I'd got a fix for it, but obviously not :(

@Knowledge - Nice one :) I'm sure there is plenty room for optimization. I'm probably going to polish it up some more and release as mobile/tablet game so will be working hard on performance. Time was not permitting for this comp though!

Favourite pong game, although not the most innovative.

Graphics and sound made for a polished experience, definitely fun gameplay. Controls worked surprisingly well for a 3d environment, and the enemy AI was good, although not entirely challenging. Great camera work with excellent polish, great game

A real solid entry! I think the sound design could use another pass to bring it up a few notches. The music track could be a bit more island/lounge/calypso like instead of hectic and stressful, I think the current song is a bit to "technical" themed and not that umm.. "ecological". I also think that some small sound fx when introducing new obstacles in the arena would give it some more depth instead of just randomly popping up - you could introduce them in certain patterns, so when you hear certain sounds you know a certain combination of obstacles will appear for instance.

Also I remember playing this game back in '89 ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vVtYVyyX5NY

... could be a good source to borrow some other ideas from :)

@Mixer - Nice one, glad you like it. I know what you mean about it not being the most innovative. I wanted to mix things up a little more but had to consider time constraints :( I'll no doubt be playing around with it ready for a proper release though!

@tanjent - Thanks. I agree with the comments about sound. I'll try find a more suitable track. And I really like the idea of different sfx to indicate incoming obstacle patterns :) That video is brilliant!

sweat graphics, solid entry, well made. I included it in 13 of my Mini LD #58 compilation video series, if you would like to take a look :) https://youtu.be/M68sOLdNNcw
