Thanks for your feedback, I'll write the controls on the web player page for clarity. Unfortunately it's lacking a lot of polish for things like the checkpoints and the puzzles are a bit abstract.
Spoilers: To wake the sleeping character you need to repeatedly talk to someone until they get annoyed, which will allow you to be annoyed to, and then you can just yell at him and he'll move.
Music and graphics are top notch. Was confused till I read you spoiler in the comments. Great job tho.
Nice game, I got hooked on it for a while. Reached the blocked door with all words, but I couldn't figure out how to get through, I guess I'll check back to see if someone solved it.
Couldn't figure out how to get past the last door either. I really like the concept, just wish there was a use for most of the words other than just collecting them (from what i saw, anyway). Nice work!

Played it again now that I knew how, really nice. One thing that I would have liked is to have a short grace-period after the character leaves the platform when you still are allowed to jump.
Great graphics and music. The conversation system is really unique!

I got to the guy sleeping in your screenshot above but newver understood how to get him to wake up. Great graphics, and fun little thing to heart the fellows and they heart you back.
It would have been nice to see some effect about the spawn points so one knew what they were. I only figured it out because I happened to die after having activated one.
The same goes for the number key mapping. I thought I had one heart. So maybe put out all numbers (1 - 6 from the beginning).
Finally it took me some tries before I understood that I could de-evil the spiked balls, but that maybe wasn't such a big issue. However if there was a nice way to introduce it, an NPC running before and showing or so, it would be very nice.
This got a bit lengthy, but really great start. Wish I could have gotten to play some more.
