Nice. Loved the concept and the execution. The graphics work really nicely with the game and I really enjoyed the random buildings. Unfortunately, scrolling really lagged but thats probably a problem with the flash player on linux then your code. Great game, well done :)

P.S. I won :P

@Gwilym: Thanks :)
For the scrolling, I tested on linux and it was a little laggy (~15fps during the scrolling). A workaround would be to click on the minimap for instant scrolling. Or select a node (building) on the edge and press [TAB] to center screen on it.
Congratz for your victory! :D

I'll give your game a try when I find an opponent ;)

This entry really surprised me. It was just pure fun. I only wish it was in a widescreen mode to have a little more to view at once and lessen the scrolling. Maybe arrow keys to scroll instead would help. Otherwise a truly great entry!

Very simple to get into, i like it. I've noticed you can move soldiers to nodes that are not directly linked by lines, is that a bug? Also lag kicked in.

i found i had to do lots of uneccessary clicking in this. would've been much better if i could change a quota figure on each node i controlled and my troops automatically shuffle over to meet the quota. nice sprite art :)

@DMT: I'll add arrow keys for scrolling, thanks :)

@PaidGEEK: Hmm yeah, I haven't find how to display this properly. You can move soldiers to any node connected to your realm.

@AVataRR: Well, that would change the whole spirit of this game =/ But I agree you have to do a lot of clicking :x

This is great! It's really simple and easy to get into, but has just enough depth and tactical possibilities to keep you interested. Shame it lags so bad on my crappy laptop.

Lots of fun. I beat normal and then lost on hard. I wish I could have set up rules for soldier directing. I felt like the reason I lost was not because I was making strategical mistakes but rather because I couldn't click fast enough, or I would click and miss.

Hectic and fun. Great entry!

I've never really like this type of "Strategy" game where you have to swarm units from one node to the other, but that aside, this game was very well-executed. Great music and graphics and variety of node types. On Normal, the computer AI was way too fast for me to keep up with!

On the second play, I realized I had missed how to use the keyboard shortcuts to select locations, and the fact that you can upgrade your units and buy/sell soldiers. That helped, but the AI is still too fast for me!

I love the graphism style and the mechanics works well but I feel the map is a bit to big

I updated the scrolling to ease your pain =/ Couldn't edit my entry to make two different links, so I replaced the original link..

You can still play the original version here:

As for the AI speed on "normal", it still is 20 times slower than in "hardcore" =/
Seems like I didn't balance the difficulties well, but I thought a slower AI would be too easy even for a "normal" mode.
