4 mages seek to repair their 4 shrines and end the onslaught of enemies.
However, as they repair the shrines, the enemies become agitated and will swarm faster.
They can use abilities to summon allies and buff themselves, but be careful!
Using spells causes corruption, which makes it harder to cast spells.

It is 'done' and winnable in the state it is in. We had to keep it super simple otherwise it would have been neither within the time span.
Are all the buttons supposed to be blank? What are you supposed to do?
Some are supposed to be blank, yes. When the correct mage gets close to their respective shrine The button will show up.
If ALL of your buttons are blank I don't know what is wrong. I just checked out the web version again and it looks fine. You just have to summon elementals and towers and fight your way to each shrine to repair it.
Click a mage and click a button and then select a location on the map to start summoning at that location.
I added Controls to the explanation above and the second button on the start screen is the Instructions screen which has a more in depth explanation of the mechanics.
The drawings are great, but I found this way too buggy to be enjoyable.. For example, I would have expected some sort of box selection graphic when I do the left-click drag - but there isn't one.. :S When I selected multiple mages, one of them started jumping around for no apparent reason.
The game description looked like this game could really be something interesting and bring new stuff to the table if done correctly. Please spend a bit more time ironing out the basic issues cuz I really want to see this how this concept plays for real.
Cool idea and execution. Had allot more to it then Id expect from a short contest. The Elemental Summon was my favorite part.
Cool game. After a few tries I finally made it through. (just Summon Elementals whenever it's ready and ignore making towers). I still have no clue what that mysterious corruption is supposed to do though.
The corruption increases casting time. So it takes longer to summon things. It is meant to discourage turtling. The final design discouraged turtling anyway so it didn't matter as much but it still has an affect mostly around shrines.

The title screen graphics look nice. I was disappointed that the game isn't quite ready yet.
