Neat concept and great presentation. I'd love to see mechanics like these on a tablet.

Nice! Reminds me of galcon, but with a some more mechanics like routing considerations thrown in. I like how the criss-crossing of lines works when opposing dots meet. Definitely a great fit for a tablet.

Graphics were nice, but having to draw the buildings with my mouse was annoying. Could definitely work for a tablet or smartphone though.

Wow this one really blows the competition out of the water. Full game here. I wasn't expected the map to grow after that initial tutorial phase, it was a great progression. It was very engaging and had a surprising amount of content like the monster pits.

Incredibly fun, and so well done! The graphics and story go together well and the gameplay is different but intuitive. Loving it!

Awesome game. Liked the concept and was completely surprised when the map expanded from the small tutorial size to the whole map

Awesome overall! I didn't really see much use for the mines, though. My strategy was just to keep building castles, and I never seemed to run out of money.

Yeah , we agree. We made castle generate money to not be to much frustrating ( I lost a lot before because out of money :p )

But they probably generate too much, I just update castle generate +5 each 3 sec to +5 each 9 sec, should be much better now. Also IA is currently set on EASY to not frustrate the new player but we can imagine use the normal advanced and expert ia later.

In the update I also add some text on the end screen ( win ) to talk about 7drt and ludumdare :)

Good game. Graphics are good, the idea of dots it's sympathic by simplicity and the gameplay is good :)

Hey cool premise and concept. :) Gesture recognition works well. It's pretty fun at the small scale, but I think it starts to become unmanageable once you start scaling up the battlefield. It would be cool if I could just touch a target and draw something to indicate how many of my castles I want targeting it. Individually drawing from each of my castles to form a perfect path to a single enemy target made it quite frantic.

Overall, great job. :)

Thanks for your feedback !

We agree with the map size issue, smaller will be nicer and add an level up system too compensate : it was the plan with the dwarf village on the top in the mountain but no time to developp it ^^

The first time it started to lag really heavy (with Opera). But the second time (with Firefox) I had won the game faster than I expected.
Really impressive work, really liked the map expanding effect. I first thought you would need the bridges to cross the river but it turned out dots can swim apparently.
Drawing the buildings correctly is very difficult when you want to do it fast to keep commanding around your thousands of dots.

@klianc09 : We optimize the game only for chrome, no tested on others browsers.. ( for example we use web audio api for sound not yet supported by firefox )
Yeah dots and square swim ^^ ! But they have a chance of die of 5% each move ( shark and others sea adventures.. :P ), about move they also are slower on the mashes ^^

Excellent entry. Lots of fun, and the tutorial was exactly what was needed. I would have loved to see more levels.

@jerombd & @superjoe : Thanks both ! :)

One of the few things you need to address: it's hard to draw lines from point A to point B when you keep running into things and it cancels the whole line. If you just stopped it, and made it run around the obstacle, it would work much better. Also, being able to build structures anywhere on a map.. is problematic. It's not so bad when all of your things are protected, but when there's one spot in the back that you forgot/couldn't build, and the enemy pops up a castle there, it's more than a little annoying. Also, mines have very little purpose. Would work very well as a phone/pad game.

Thanks for your feedback Halleflux , we didnt get time for this adjustments but we totally agree with them ! We currently developp an other game but i will try to made an upgraded web version working on touch device to test it on this kind of device :)
