Strangely enough, the axe-murderer does give off a nice creepy-vibe. Always approaching, never giving up.

The grapics of the axe murderer fell a bit out of place with the rest. The hallways are really nice done. First time i saw the axe murderer behind me it gave me goosebumps.

I can draw textures, but I can't draw sprites.

Were there any problems running it? Did sound work okay?

^ it's because of how I have my computer set up, with my amplifier fixed at quite a high volume.

I was considering having the elevators work, to take you to different floors, but I think the ground floor is labyrinthine enough for finding a key.

There was way too too too many corridors, that being most horror of it :) Had to open map.bmp in order to be sure I checked behind every corner. When I went to exit-elevator, program was just shutdown - uh, did I survived? Hopefully.

Nice 3D view though and ofcourse the capret was cool!

Mazes always seem bigger when you don't know your way, or when you're young :P

I can actually remember my way about the map so it doesn't seem that big to me. I suppose I could have used some extra wall textures for people to use as landmarks.

The program displays a "well done" on completion, but one key press will then terminate it. I know I should have done that differently. :)

I found myself nervously peeking around corners and looking over my shoulder. Not bad. The level graphics are pretty nice, too, in a minimalist way.

There are actually very few places where an overflow can occur, so I can guess where this is happening...

If a texture fail to load, then it's dimensions will default to 0x0, which can cause a div-0 to occur when texture coordinates are calculated. This overflow would occur as soon as the game loads. Although the game window should display and sound should play.

The mystery is why a texture is not loading. Are all files present? Did you unzip them to a root directory? Is there a sharing violation as might happen if one of the game files is being accessed with another application?

When the axe murdered came around a corner it was seriously creepy. Not entirely sure why but the bobbing of the still figure might have had something to do with it. I eventually became hopelessly lost though.
