Kitchen Invasion!

You are playing as a baker and your world famous cakes are so delicious that even the forces of hell are after them!
Protect yourself and your cakes in the fridge. Buy upgrades during daytime and fight monster at night!

On death you will keep your upgrades to get even further next time!

WASD : Move
Mouse : Rotate
Mouse-Left: Attack
Tab: Toggle upgrade menu during the daytime

Haha, this was pretty cool and funny. The sound was good and the graphics are clean.

In terms of flaws, I feel like the purple orbs disappear a bit too quickly. Zombies also sometimes walked backwards.

Cool little game i spend more than i would bet in this game probably because i like upgrades and see numbers going up (RPG style).

Reminds me a bit Hotline Miami. That was pretty fun. The hitbox of you weapon is very restricted tho, it would have been better to make it the size of the white area, instead of just the size of the weapon.

I like the music and graphics, and the core gameplay is pretty solid. However, it does get a bit monotonous after a while. Maintaining the distance where you land hits and don't get hit is tricky. Also, it's annoying when purple orbs disappear during the overly-long day/night transition. My favorite thing about this game is the way you have to manage the crowd of enemies to keep the balance between not dying and not running out of cake.

Not bad - nice idea - just needed the weapon range to be a bit further, being able to use arrow keys would have been nice for left handed use

- Fun game mechanics (saving upgrades)
- Nice sound effects

- Had some weird graphic glitches (blinking triangles all over the screen sometimes)
- Purple orbs are quickly disappearing (why should they?)
- No feedback on taking/dealing damage
- Upgrades could have titles (it took some time to understand what the 3rd upgrade does)
- Had zombies spawn right on top of me

I really like Kitchen games, and this one reminds me a bit of Overcooked! You did great with the environment, and the gameplay is also very solid, the idea of upgrades is excellent because it keeps people playing more! well done.

Survived seven nights, it gets quite tuff - I like it!
At least I am more attractive than the cake in the fridge :D

The "keep-your-upgrades" -mechanism was fairly interesting, as well as the way you had to defend both yourself and the fridge! The player's hitbox seemed really large, which made judging if I'll get hit difficult at times.
