Well, Mike ran in to problems getting ldjam.com working properly with about 12 hours left in the Compo, so this is the backup plan.

Fast paced competitive cowboy construction!
You and a friend are cowboys, but the room you're in just ain't big enough for the two of you. Fix this problem by chucking floors and walls around and try to trap the other player in a different room. When both cowboys are in different rooms, the one with the larger room wins!
Controls are listed in game.

Interesting rule to surround, which reminds me of my favorite game, the Chinese game of Go. I was impressed at the craftsmanship and completeness. Altogether looks and feels like a complete game. If you continue to develop this, I had difficulty learning the keys and then had difficulty forming rooms by throwing horizontal and vertical walls.
really loved the backdrop and the sprites. And I fully contend that you have the best name in this here competition.
I will also say this is a bit confusing.
I really liked the cute little cowboy sprites! Really really cool concept. Me and Michael had fun crowding around the same keyboard discovering how to play your game. Great job!
Yep, good name! Took a moment to get the gameplay figured out, but it's fun to box people in! Yay!
I like the concept, but it has quite a few flaws.
First, it's really hard to aim. The second player's controls are also really difficult (at least for me). Also, the game apparently doesn't detect when it wins, which is kind of a problem?
Also, the instruction menu was glitched out - the instruction panels were overlayed on the controls, so it was basically impossible to read them.

Nice to seem the theme in a competitive light. Cowboy sprites are great.
Having the shot walls/floors snap if you're a little off was a good choice
