Moving Time

by christiano - Compo Entry

Life is hard! It has been two months since you lost your well paid job and now you can't afford your big house with all of your stuff. You just have one choice: rent a cheap, small place with just one room until you get back on your feet.

So, it's moving time. You have to gather all of your valuable objects and fit inside this new place, this one room where you'll be calling home soon.

Moving time is a puzzle game with a over dramatic story. In this game, you have to find all the objects laying around and fit inside this one room. You must be able to fit everything inside of it in order to make to the next level.... if we had a next level.

The game consists in just one very simple level (at this stage) without sounds, menu or other fancy stuff. The objects are just small and badly designed crates (yes, thats a crate... sorry!). So, enjoy because it was very fun to make it (yes, that's true!)

Keys:

Arrows - move youself around
R - restart
F - finish the game (when you're done moving)

What I used to make this masterpiece?

Engine: Phaser - https://phaser.io
Programming Language: Typescript
Editor: Visual Studio Code
Graphics: Pyxel Edit - https://pyxeledit.com

Regards!

Some small collision problems but overall works just fine. A good start. Nice animated little man.

I like the graphics. But nothing happens when I move the objects into the room.
