Well, Mike ran in to problems getting ldjam.com working properly with about 12 hours left in the Compo, so this is the backup plan.

Liked the graphics, although even basic colours would have improved it a lot. Soundtrack was fitting. Idea was great, but yeah, the combat itself not too engaging, for all 3 battles I just stood and tapped ctrl, there was no way i could have lost. Good entry!
Nice game, and very fitting to the theme :)
I liked the gameplay concept, even if collisions weren't perfect. Graphics were nice, too, but as others have mentioned some colour or textures would have been useful. I appreciated that there were some combo animations, am I right? If so, that was a sweet detail.
Thanks for the comments,
@Ilhilind You are correct in that there are combo animations, we had hoped to implement it more into the gameplay, but atm its just visual.
The best boss battles around. That sofa is aggressive. Great job :D
Cool idea with your own room feeling strange, felt the combat was bad though, no response to attacks, and just tap ctrl as fast as you can.
Nice entry. The concept is really cool, I especially liked the living bookcase that tries to flatten you. The graphical models are nice but the overall visual look could be improved a lot by adding colour. The combat was simple and fun, but too easy, especially since you can spam attack as faster as your keyboard allows and mow through the enemies. The music was fitting, and I liked how it changed in combat. The biggest issue I had was that I fell through the floor at one point and had to restart. Overall well done.
Nice graphics and animation though the controls felt a little bit stiff. Excellent music though!
The fighting mechanic is already working, so that's nice! The game is too short :)
Good concept and very nice implementations. Like models and the sofa animations.
Well done!
Nide idea i kind of like the monster sofa. But gaphics could be better
Kind of an interesting game! I was amazed to see you had an options menu. I wouldn't have thought that possible. If you added textures that would make this awesome. Good job!
Interesting game. It played okay, but sometimes i would have liked smoother fight animation transitions and a bit more feedback about the boss' attack time. Overall it was fun.
Really unique idea, it's a shame that the nothing had a texture, i think it could have had a really good look to it. The animations look nice but could have better responsiveness, and the enemies are sometimes too unclear about when they are going to attack. Making dodging hard. I got to the little goblin creature, which was too unclear about attack patterns.
Love the little at the end and i did expect to fight the sofa :D but it was a kinda hard to control the character.
The theme is strongly felt, although combat feels somewhat uncontrollable..
The animation was pretty nice, I specially liked the roundhouse kick. The murderous sofa was really funny. The sound was cool too.
The combat could use a bit more feedback: maybe a punch sound when you hit, and maybe the enemy is pushed back a pixel or two, would make the combat more "meaty".
I couldn't get past the third enemy :~(
Thanks for the game!

I didn't expect a monsterous sofa :D Nice idea, the maybe the collisions felt a bit choppy.
