Well, Mike ran in to problems getting ldjam.com working properly with about 12 hours left in the Compo, so this is the backup plan.
You are trapped in a room with no means of escape, but what's this strange lingering shadow doing?
Survive as long as you can in this ever-changing room while avoiding death, from zombies, skeletons, spike traps, arrow traps, and of course... the shadow.
Pick up weapons with the space bar, use them with LShift.
If you die, pause the game and go to the main menu.
Feedback is always welcome.

Oh wow, thanks! I copied the wrong folder and didn't even notice!
Thanks for the game, nice take on theme. It's like endless runner in one room.
Cool idea. I really like how the room is generated by the shadow and how it is random every time. Great job! I could only make it to 8 though.
Interesting! Got to 10 turns before getting killed by a skeleton. Not knowing what would appear was fun. Not sure if it was random or if it was getting more difficult (other than surviving as long as possible) but could be cool if there was more of an interest curve (like suddenly lots of zombies appear, or a lot spikes you have to navigate through.) Anyway keep up the good work!
This was a lot of fun! I enjoyed trying to push the zombies into the spikes with the shadow wall close behind me. It added a lot of pressure to me. I would include a respawn button, so you don't have to go to the main menu every time you die.
I like the game very cool idea with the changing level.
But a restart button would be nice its also just a few lines of code xD. Also the graphics are looking fine.
Very interesting Idea, an i liked it!
Only thing that can be improved is restart after death or restart button
I really liked the idea behind this, but the execution was sorta lacking. The weapon felt clumsy and didn't really do much against multiple enemies that stood close to one another. I propably would've binged this a lot more, but the fact that I had to go to the menu every time I died made starting a new replay a bit tidious. All in all, great job!
I like the music, your graphics are nice, a fun game concept. Took me a while to figure out how to use a weapon, very cool. It would be nice for a auto level restart.
Excellent idea and well use of the theme ! But using item with shift is anoying, why not using mouse click?
I like how the levels are generated, but once you die it's clear how you continue. Also I advise never to use the shift key for button inputs, in case someone has sticky keys on.
That concept. The rotating room refresh is unlike anything I've played, and it was really interesting. I did find the feel of the controls to be a little bit awkward with having all the controls on one hand, and one-hit deaths may be just a little bit too harsh of a difficulty curve, but I really enjoyed my time with shadow wall. Good work!
Interesting, original idea I've never seen before. It is very challenging and enjoyable, but it lacks lots of polish, and controls are uncomfortable.
Blood is always on the top layer for some reason. Looks compelling behind a shadow.
All in all, good job.
Exploding blood was a nice effect. Music was good. Interesting game concept. Nice that music became quiet when menu was up. ;)
I really like this concept. It seems to generate unwinnable levels sometimes but the game is still cool. I loved that the pause menu muffled the sound.
probably one of the best entries I've tested so far. One thing bugs me though and it's the volume control. Isn't it the wrong way?
Whenever game speed gives me too much time to think, I feel that I am missing an overall goal like reaching an exit or something similar.
To place the character in the right direction and then having to press shift is to complicated when enemies are near. I prefer the arrows for moving and a,s,d,w for shooting in the right direction.
The audio is great. I could listen to this for hours.
And of course the room coming out of the shadow is a cool creative move.
Best game I've played this year!! Loved the concept and the graphics.
