I changed from rar5 to rar, and I have no clue why it would crash when you press F. It doesnt for me :(

I would verify that the game is unzipped possibly?

Wow, that was a sad ending. Hard-hitting. I wish I could have looked out the window and played with the cactus, but otherwise it was great. Similar in theme to my game too.

I ran into an error where I turned invisible after using the bed at the very beginning.

Aside from that, very funny game! Absolutely relatable. The ending was really sad, however :(

Do you ever get motivated enough to play the piano?

On the first run, i think it skipped to the last ending. Only on my second run it started normally. There's some obvious bugs, but hey this is your first game. Gladly you started somewhere.

Update:
For the people who can't interact with things it was due to a .wav file being uncompressed, monogame doesnt support them. I have compressed it through monogame and it should work fine now!

I also fixed a bug where you'd become invisible once you interacted with the bed at the very start, this was due to lazy coding on my part. I believe that is what @Chaosmore was referring to.

This game feels very experimental, certainly different from other Ludum Dare game I've seen in the past, and it was quite enjoyable. Some sound effects would've been nice and the dialogue when you go on your computer could've had some variation. That ending tho... Overall, nice game!

Crashes everytime I press F near (I supposed : computer and piano) an interactable object :\

I have added a no sound version. The crash is caused by a soundeffect, no idea why. Will research tomorrow, for now if it does crash for you, download the no sound version. It only crashes for some people..

More errors on my part. This is the first time I've worked with sound, at all, in any setting. Sorry about this. I believe I fixed it.

This was very... Philosophical. The computer sound was a tad bit too loud.

I liked the narration :). Also, walking animation looked pretty good.

Interesting idea. I like the concept of a game developer working (or not working) away at a game in one room. It uniquely uses the theme.

Judging by the other comments, it seems that your game and sound aren't the best of friends so I will assume that only getting dialogue blips is an error.

The game was a little buggy. I feel like I missed half the story when he started mentioning "skids that stole my idea" as nothing of the sort had happened.

Also, on my second play through, I couldn't go to bed. I went to bed twice in a row and it suddenly stopped registering it.

The ending was hard hitting and close to home. Way to have me thinking.

Decent game! Just needs a little polish.

@Cody Hansen
I had a lot of things I wanted to implement but they were things I couldn't do in 72 hours and still have a complete game. You didn't miss any of the story.

I have fixed the sound stuff. I can go in depth on it, but its a pretty novice error.

The bed error was likely due to a lazy fix when I discovered you would turn invisible when interacting with the bed.

Hey this is a nice game, but
I didn't now what to do?!
The Graphics were nice.
Overall not a bad game.
And please go and try out my game!

Nice mood, and interesting idea. Liked the writing too. I agree, that more objects to interact with would have been cool.
What an unexpected ending. Pretty impressive you made your own engine for this.

wow such a dark ending. Dont give up making games!
