Sorry, We're Full

A hunter wanders into an inn... Only to find there's only one single room in the whole inn, and it's booked!

In "Sorry, We're Full" you hunt deer during the day in order to sell their hides and meat for coins. With coins, you can purchase melee weaponry or arrows for your bow.

When you get a melee weapon, you can beat the person who booked the room before you, so that no one can stand between you and a soft, comfy bed!

Gameplay video(for those who don't know what to do):

Arrow keys / WASD to move.
Left Control to shoot with the bow.
Left Alt to swing the melee weapon (when you get it).
ESC pauses / opens menu from which to quit / restart.
Q and E do some actions. The game tells you when you need them.
M to toggle music, N to toggle sfx.

Other info
- Aiming the bow and melee weapon isn't easy. And it's quite clunky. Nevertheless, it should work as intended.
- No WebGL build, since I ran out of time and it wouldn't build.
- I have only tested the Windows build.
- For best results, run it in fullscreen 16:9 (1280x720, 1920x1080, 2560x1440, etc..)
- If your monitor isn't 16:9, run it windowed in some 16:9 aspect resolution.
- There are bugs. Managed to weed out most of 'em, but there are still some huge ones.

I played your game and i really liked it. I had to get used to the narritive style but it worked pretty well. I spend about 15 minutes with the game and had a lot of fun and I like the way you dealt with the theme.
I missed some animations or at least flipping of the sprite of the player to know where i am looking at and also a few more tree textures for some more diversity.
Still a very fun game with very good audio!

Nice concept, altough I am missong some sort of indication maybe to where you are aiming, and what exactly you are supposed to do. You should keep working on it and I think it will be good.

Very Atmospheric. The background music was very enchanting and only helped to build an awesome atmosphere. The Dialog boxes were a little fast in the beginning but you can get used to it.

Great game, nice music and funny as well.The only thing missing was some animations on the characters, only 2 frames would be enough, just to make it feel alive, nevertheless it felt good playing it :)

Nice play on the theme. Controls are almost perfect but shooting arrows at fights was really hard. Maybe that's good for the balance. I didn't end up using much of the melee weapons. I liked the music and story aspect a lot. Felt like a complete package instead of just a proto of a mechanic. Easy to exploit bugs too 8)

well I killed the guy that took my room >:( is there a point to buying anything besides the dagger though? As I was able to stab him just fine with a dagger.

mirta000: after you kill the guy, you go back to the inn and sleep in your room(press q near the innkeep). The next day, someone else may have taken your room...
