Well, Mike ran in to problems getting ldjam.com working properly with about 12 hours left in the Compo, so this is the backup plan.
LDCLMBR - Classic First Person shooter with exploration/adventure elements.
by MichaelBrune - Jam EntryA quick pace doom/quake-esque shooter that take's place in one dynamic room. Download is 500 MB, fully extracted is 2GB. Sorry for the huge package, it's not the startercontent, that was removed. It's the lighting of the map. :(

Nice to see someone else use UE4 creatively here! Shooting an enemy feels really satisfying!
The visuals are nice and the ragdoll physics are pretty damn great. The biggest problem however is pretty much that there is no real goal to achieve, as there is no punishment for dying and no score or something like that! Ran pretty stable though, which is nice.
I run Linux, so I tried to play the game with wine but I get an error message:

The global shader cache file 'Z:/home/s/ldclmbr/LD37/WindowsNoEditor/Engine/GlobalShaderCache-GLSL_150.bin' is missing.
Your application is built to load COOKED content. No COOKED content was found; This usually means you did not cook content for this build.
It also may indicate missing cooked data for a shader platform(e.g., OpenGL under Windows): Make sure your platform's packaging settings include this Targeted RHI.
Alternatively build and run the UNCOOKED version instead.

Kill Kill Kill! Nice use of the ragdoll physics, we used it in a more comical way, but yours feels really good.
Great job!
Kinda feel like I need something to do once i get tired of killing people tho.
I liked the idea of dynamic room. I was going to create something like that (in 2D) then I gave up for the idea. It's too much tussle for two days. I liked your game but I am having difficulties with the controller and I couldn't say that it was so fun. Might be extra puzzles or time-shifted game environment. Do you think to extend it in the future?
Neat aesthetic and awesome graphics. I had fun playing it. However the size of this package is too big. Strange ++
nice graphisme thx UE !
I liked shoot like smg with a shotgun !
Wow huge game but looking good, I might keep it if the size was much smaller Thanks for a good game.
Nice FPS. A little lack of objective. But it clearly have a beatiful visual.
Keep working!!!
I gave it points for humor because every time I died I expected to start over again, but I instead spawned into the same room. I had a blast trying to fend off the huge horde that had accumulated.
It's got neat effects. I agree with what was pointed out by Saiodin.
Alright game though I felt like I was invincible by just spamming left mouse button and R ^^' Maybe it gets more difficult over time? Didn't play it that long. Still well done ;)

Neat graphics and a good bit of fun with the ragdolls. Took me a while to figure out how to open the door, but there seemed to be nothing to interact with in there. The enemies seem to spawn in infinite amount as time goes on which is quite chaotic. Regarding their health it would be easier to see if an enemy is dead with a health bar or the number clamping at 0/100. And since you can't hear the reload very well and there is no animation a little progress bar to show the reload state would have worked wonders for the feel I think. I'm not sure what you mean by "dynamic room" since it seems to be always the same room btw. I noticed the download is more than 500MB and the unpacked game is 1,8 GB. You probably left in the starter content in UE4 I'm guessing. It's way bigger than it should be.
