Well, Mike ran in to problems getting ldjam.com working properly with about 12 hours left in the Compo, so this is the backup plan.
It got out of hand.
Requires OpenGL 3.2 (for no reason).
Q/A: move left.
D: move right.
SPACE: jump.
TAB: open animation editor.
Vertical column: chosing part of the body (up/down arrows).
Horizontal column: chosing which frame to edit (left/right arrows).
Green rectangle: add a copy of the selected key frame after the selected key frame.
CTRL + left click on a key frame: remove the key frame.
ALT + left click drag: zoom in/out.
B: open box selection add (cancel with right click).
A: select all / deselect all.
G: grab (move) selection (cancel with right click).
1: hide points.
2: show points of all parts.
3: hide axis.
CTRL + C: copy the selected part.
CTRL + V: past the selected part.
CTRL + S: save the current animation to a file (overwrite if the file name allready exists).
CTRL + O: open an animation file (current animation is lost if not previously saved).
W: outside of the editor force playing the editor animation.
To reset without reloading the application: open the empty.anim animation.

After 48 hours of development it is more enjoyable than Pivot after 10 years of development.
Interesting and fun, and cool. Not really a game, as you say, although I had fun messing around, so that's the point of a game anyway. The controls were a little mysterious - if they had text tips it would help.
Confusing, It's seems like a cool concept, but it's not a game... it does not have objective or gameplay at all
I don't see how this fits with the theme and it also isn't a game...
