Well, Mike ran in to problems getting ldjam.com working properly with about 12 hours left in the Compo, so this is the backup plan.

Mortal

by Robert - Jam Entry

A simple and short puzzle game. Simular to portal. But without portals... you will see what i mean ;)

ATTENTION: YOU CAN BREAK YELLOW BLOCKS WITH A BLUE BALL.

Surprisingly clever, I couldn't solve the weight puzzle in the second room because a spawner wouldn't drop the second ball

Started off great but couldn't get past second puzzle. Managed to permanently destroy the other ball. O_O

Portal with balls. Short but sweet. :D

Interesting game concept. I like the portal like artwork and the feeling of having balls :D Nice job...

Got stuck on the second room. The "ball spawn button" on to the right just spawned a ball that never went down. I tried to use the first ball to trow at it to nudge it down, but there is an invisible wall around the platform the ball was stuck on...

This game has a sort of portal vibe going for it which is neat, doesn't really fit the theme. It feels like a good start to a game, but I felt like I had too little information.

The game was also a little bit glitchy, I managed to destroy the ball in the second room also and then loose the ball in the third.

Overall good work, I'd love to see what you turn it into.

everything works fine for me o.O If the ball gets stuck just repress the buttons to spawn a new one. Of restart the game. Something about the UE4 collision checks is a bit off

You should really separate the 32 / 64 bit into two separate download links, that way your user only has to download the one they need.

Like many other people here I got stuck on the second puzzle. I tried to throw the first ball at the second to knock it down but there's an invisible wall there. Whelp. I'm out of ideas.

The ball impact noises feel really nice.

This game was great, loved how polished it felt. The game let me walk through the wall to the end before finishing the final puzzle though :)

Good looks and decently challenging. Spent a solid 10 minutes trying to figure out that 2nd room. I was both cursing you and praising you for a job well done!

Very cool. I was completely stumped by the puzzle with 5 balls, i might be missing something crucial. What would be great is if the ball's physics behaved differently base on their weight! Great start, I hope you do more with this.

Finally a proper game. Those are rather rare here.
The puzzles felt a bit dull, just adjust all balls to the proper mass.
Nice otherwise!

When I saw your game in the thumbnails I immediately thought of Portal, and I was correct. You have good puzzling making skills, and I think this is a rare talent, good job and keep making games!

Simple idea and fun. I loved how well the game flowed, but at the last puzzle I hit a roadblock. After bout 10 minutes, I accidentally walked through the wall and the game completed :D Overall it was a lot of fun and the majority of it was well designed. Good job!

Great! It looks great, everything is smooth and well-programmed and it is a clever idea. An issue i found is that the last door doesn't have any collision set.

Fun and clever game! Couldn't respawn a ball though after I threw it at a wall and destroyed it. Loved the ball physics!

Really clever. Well designed puzzles and great mood. I love how the room shifts around. I beat it!

Nice. Stuck in the second room at first, but then understood there are buttons on mass machine. In the third room accidentally found out that the last door has no collider by throwing a ball and just walked through it, then started again to solve the actual puzzle.

Dec 15, 2016 @ 3:45am

I really like puzzle games, and I really liked this one. My only thing holding it back is the glitches. Permanently destroyed the balls in the second room, restarted, then lost the balls in the third room. But the puzzles were challenging and fun, good work.

Really cool puzzle game. Had a great mood. It took me a little while to figure out the second puzzle (I was trying to knock the ball down with the other one, instead of just destroying the platform). I accidentally left the game during the 3rd puzzle.

It was fun to play it, for being a 72 hours game it is very nice: physics, mechanics, graphics all very good :) To be honest I would love to play more levels, jeje good job!

I'm a fan of Portal and Minecraft so this entry just made me crazy...
Idea was not bad and well executed.
But I have to say it's a bit weird that the weigher could change the weight of the balls...
