Well, Mike ran in to problems getting ldjam.com working properly with about 12 hours left in the Compo, so this is the backup plan.

The title was originally in Japanese, but that got lost when I made the build of the game.
Originally the screenshots on this page were part of the tutorial, but they also got lost when the game was built.
UI element placement may be wonky
It is possible to get through the door when the anxiety is at 100.
A Hikikomori is a person who has shut themselves off from society. It is estimated that around 1 million people in Japan are hikikomori. This game explores the life of Tazaki Yasu as he attempts to leave his home and overcome his disorder.
In the game you manage Yasu's hunger, anxiety, and money. He needs to continue getting money from his parents to afford his rent and food. He needs to reduce his anxiety to get up the courage to take the first steps out of his apartment.
The game mixes resource management with some puzzle elements, as you need to keep Yasu's apartment clean enough to move around in.

I only had one day to work on this, and it was a little too ambitious for that time frame. I think it would have been perfectly manageable if I had had the full time.
