Do you know that you can re-upload your game if there is no change in the game's content?

It was really ease for me to play, give it a try, hard to beat the beetle. Great job, maybe skip the animations if you died before, got boring after 3 tries to hear the story again

Hello teacher, I downloaded the game and installed love2d, but in the main menu I can not select anything with the mouse, nor with the keyboard, no key grabs. I use windows 7.

Sorry for my english.

Good execution. Camera was too zoomed in and the main player is quite fast. Not sure why the room had to be so big :) Had a couple of runs though. Gj!

nlbi21 you should double click the aeo.love archive not the love2d.exe.

best regards

Good job! It's so funny! Maybe it would be better if you zoom out a little because it's hard to know where are the enemies. Another solution would be to point them in the limits of the screen with arrows or other sings. Good job anyway.

Beauty and fun game .

I did enjoy the general art style of the game. It had some good humor to it. However, the game's biggest flaw is that the camera does not move until you move to the very edge of the screen. This can be frustrating because there is not much room to react if an enemy happens to be in your way just off-screen. Also, if you want this game to be played more, you should really consider making an executable out of it. Here's an article that will tell you how: https://love2d.org/wiki/Game_Distribution#Creating_a_Windows_Executable

Anout the packaging, really I am on it. Not time to packaging in two days. :D
I am working on an android version and windows executable.
ASAP I will put an exe + love code in order to test, but still now I do not have time. Let see if the weekend I have time to put the windows and apk version. I test a web browser version with no success. :(

Fun game. I like the artwork work of the game really cool. The gameplay is smooth and fun. My only issue was that when moving around my character had to be almost at the edge which made it difficult to see what's ahead, if the camera moved a bit further it would have been much more better to me. Overall a nice game to play. Keep it up!

Had a blast, level 2 was really difficult. The graphics are well made and the music fit the game.
My only problem with the game was that the camera had too much dead zone up to the point where you would almost hit an enemy when they appear on the screen.

Yes, I will solve the camera problem in future versions of the game. Ass soon as the judging ends. :) For the moment, changes like that are not allowed in the jam.
I have plans to continue a bit the game by adding multiplayer and some more monsters and levels.

What lies beyond the screen

I like the art style and music, but, as has been frequently-mentioned, the camera scrolling just doesn't work for the game type. I found myself unable to react to enemy ranged attacks because I was too close to the edge of the screen.

Love the little robot animation! I included it in my compilation video series of the Ludum Dare 37 games, if you’d like to take a look. :) https://youtu.be/pmGwBmW3Ksk
