Well, Mike ran in to problems getting ldjam.com working properly with about 12 hours left in the Compo, so this is the backup plan.

Real-time multi-operator remote control, exhilarating extraction action, slo-mo... sheep?
5 levels in total. More detailed instructions in program.

Time, oh time. Where did you go? Isn't that the case for everyone though.
Relatively happy of the end result, even if it doesn't quite look the part.

I accidentally press escape and quit D: I would recommend changing it so that isn't an insta-close...
Regardless I like the setup of the 3 operators and the extraction options. I didn't get to see much of how it's balanced but I will say it's way too slow paced for my liking. Nice job getting it all running, tho.
Awesome! Feels very nice and high quality, very good job on the tutorials. Definitely would be nice to have more proper levels, and it's a neat concept that I think would be worth pursuing further.
So much fun when you ace a level using only the extractor!
Very interesting take on the theme, loved the final level with the sheep that had guns on their backs, and trying to figure out how to stealth my way through a level was lots of fun!
got a nice cool game idea here. with some more polish this could be a good game.
@vini60
I guess some of my jokes were good at least!
@Kris with a K
Ouch, I didn't think of that. I've added a warning in the description for now.
Ouch again! I specifically made each level short and simple to avoid that. Trying to sneak around might take longer of course (I didn't really playtest that).
A kind of metal gear solid but with robots falling from the sky. Interesting concept. Congrats on submitting your entry.
pretty cool concept; I just wish the slo-mo could be toggled on and off
@conradte3 @jcmonkey
Thanks, I also think there's loads of potential here. I'll most certainly keep working on the design. Whether that materialises in any new versions remains to be seen (too many things on my plate atm)
@Cosmic-Hawke
Yes! Efficient Extraction Achievement Unlocked!
@slimabob
Glad you liked it. My plan was to make stealth even more pertinent by making the guards react to sound, but I had no time for audio to begin with so that idea was canned.
@kidando
Thematic inspiration spotted! Any guesses at the interaction inspiration(s)?
@wscones
It can be toggled on and off! I should have explained that better. I'll change it in the bug fix version.
While the game feels pretty nice, the F1 keybind opens Chrome help when playing from the Web embed, so that might be a issue.
Awesome game :)
Btw, i lol at "go over there and KO that sheep".
"Extract the sheep" *drops extraction mech on sheep* Splat! mission failed.
Cool game, nice work.
@admicos
Chrome! Didn't think of that. I'll add an alternative extraction method in the bug fix build.
@moomoomang @Mik3 @Mattmatt @d3uced
Big thanks for playing!
For those of us using chrome: a quick workaround is to use shift-F1 instead of just F1.
Love the animated title-screen.
Seems like there could be a way to more easily select which character is moving. Maybe an indicator as to which is selected at all times. Or a sort of C&C interface where drops can be selected from a menu.
Really fun, impressive amount of features in such a short time great work!
Wow I really enjoyed this. Good job on making a fun, strategic game in such a short time!
Great job on the tutorial. I feel that you could stream line the game a little but man for a game jam great job!
I enjoyed the game play and the level design. It's a little slow but apart from that great job :)
Hard to start plaing and understand what is the goal. Please add improved graphics.
I like this, very fun idea. I wish there was a better response time for input. Feels a little slow as it is now. That said, I like having to use multiple extractors to finish a job.
On the second tutorial though, I finished the it before the text was finished and I failed somehow. Seems a little unfair to have to redo it just to comply with the code.
Also, I love the text. I love games that try to include you in the world, like getting messages from a boss for a job. Good job! :)
Finished the game! Really had fun playing it. I liked the idea of three separate bot with three different skills. Man those sheep were hell a lot more tougher than the humans. Overall a very nice game to play keep it up!
Great game! Difficulty might need some tweaking though. This first two non-tutorial missions were too easy, and the last one with the laser sheep was really hard.
Game mechanics were great though, and I feel like this has a lot of potential if you continue to work on it.
cool concept! my operators moved very slow, maybe a bug in the web player?
TitanFall meets Metal Gear Solid! The stealth Elements were really fun, Kinda crazy to think of using giant robots to kidnap/rescue sheep! pretty cool take on the theme as well.
I can see you ran out of time on this one a bit, but what you've done is cool. The idea of using the different unit together is fun. I think it would have benefited a lot from extra feedback, such as health bars and cones of vision on the enemies, and also a little timer when extracting. I was surprised at how hardcore those sheep were at the end!
I think you try to create something innovative, but it became too hard to understand the controls and what exactly to do, despite the fact that you have introduction.
man, good game. :D could use some sounds and a graphics pass, but very well composed mechanics wise!
Those final sheep were the end of me. Funny setup and nicely worked out, esp. for 48h. Well done.
