Well, Mike ran in to problems getting ldjam.com working properly with about 12 hours left in the Compo, so this is the backup plan.

As my first jam I decided I would take inspiration from one of my favorite games, Portal.

Well done. The main gameplay is really interesting. However there is an ugly glitch between surfaces which you could fix easily, modifying blocks size. Overall, this is good ++
Where is "One Room" ?
This is though a very good game for a first jam. You nailed the portal system and that's already pretty cool ! :D Keep trying and make us an awesome game at the next ludum !
Quite interesting to play. Really glad to see you worked out the moving platforms :D Would have liked to have seen some more complex levels, such as the last one. Awesome work overall!
Good jam submission.
I'm not sure that it perfectly fits to the "One room" theme, but I like the gameplay.
it's like portal, but no graphics(why haven't you used portal similar colors) annoying sound and you can fall down everywhere. also an introducing of the portal gun would had been cool. But i like it how you used the perspective and the tranclucent walls to see your character.

Good concept, but wasn't too sure how it fit the theme.
Also the jitter when you fall is caused by your camera update happening before the player. Try using LateUpdate for setting camera position instead.
I couldn't figure out how to beat the third platform level. The orthographic camera was also very deceptive as I often I thought I could jump on to a platform but it was way off in the background.
It's way too easy to fall down!
There are holes nearly everywhere, and this, added to combination of a 2d-isometric view and non-2d-isometric direction key-based controls makes it very hard and frustrating to play.
A small wall around most of the playing area would have been nice, at least in the first levels.
I liked the moving platforms and the translucent walls.
Fantastic game. I love how you introduce new mechanics. It took me some time to figure out the portal bit, but not too long at all. This is amazing and I would love to see a full game. Add some chilled out background music, and put it on steam for 5 bucks. I'd buy it.
Also, you might want to fix the graphics clipping issues. I don't know exactly how unity works or how much freedom it gives you, but if you just make sure the walls and platforms don't overlap you should be fine.
Fantastic first entry, and I look forward to seeing what comes of it.

Very nice for the first entry. I like the subtle explanation of controls. All the levels but the last one are quite easy. Its shame that the moment I got hooked ( the last level) the game ended. Oh and you missed the theme.
