Jimmy Maze

This game was made with Scratch. I know it has no sound, and it has terrible graphics. This game focuses on strategy.

This is a game about killing enemies as a circle named Jimmy, 'cause of course, he has to defend his one room. The more you kill, the faster they get. By holding the spacebar, you can draw lines which can kill the enemies. Use the arrow keys to move Jimmy.

Just so you know, I can draw better things. The last picture was just a random picture by me.

The concept is interesting and the mechanic of drawing lines to kill enemies seems cool, but when i hold space the line starts to draw very far, on the left of the screen, not from the character. It is very difficult to play. Good try however, keep working :-)

Nice, this could turn out pretty fun if you were to develop further. It's a bit difficult to control, though. The difficulty curve is kinda savage, though.

Nice entry for the LD37, the idea is very interesting! :)

I hope you'll develop the game further with more graphics and maybe different kinds of enemies.

I too was annoyed but the "line drawing far the character" mechanic, although it's part of what makes the game so challenging. However, I think it'll play better if the line was starting from the character.

Playing a Scratch game again brought back memories! :D It was fun. I had an issue where all the enemies got stuck in a wall. Neat idea though, good job on completing Ludum Dare!

The cursor is very far off from where you're drawing.
