Well, Mike ran in to problems getting ldjam.com working properly with about 12 hours left in the Compo, so this is the backup plan.

Not a bad entry. I like the graphics and the gameplay was pretty straight forward.
The cockroach sound effect is a bit grating, I would soften the audio and reduce the volume of it.
Also the mouse kept going out of the window and minimizing the game when I shoot, which is bad when running in Windowed mode. I'd suggest looking into ways to lock the mouse inside the window screen.
Really great job for a first jam! It was a bit hard to tell where the center of the screen was, an aiming reticle of some sort would help a lot. It also would have been nice to see the scale in the game adjusted. I know you're supposed to be a toy robot, but the room felt way too big! There was a lot of floor space to traverse, and it felt near impossible at my movement speed.
I like the environment graphics. I think with a bit of particle explosions and more splat effects on the roaches, this game would rock! Good job.
Cute graphics and effects :D
The cursor not being consumed by the game is definitely a big issue though :(
Visually impressive, but a bit repetitive. Maybe it would be nice to unlock new weapons.
Nothing new, but still very nicely executed.
I really liked that longer shots yield more points, but I guess the difference should be slightly bigger.
Even though from close up the bugs are simply two "pebbles", from far away, they look very realistic. :)
There are a lot of areas for improvement, but good job for the amount of time.
Good:
- Simple game mechanics that is easy to understand and the game therefore also very easy to play.
- The graphics is clear and it is therefore very easy to see what is happening.
Could have been better:
- You have sounds in the game, with is always a great idea, but they could have been better.
- Music would have been great, but is not absolutely necessary.
- I would have preferred that the timer started at two minutes and then counted down.
- The cockroaches attacking the player, and a player health system would have been fun.
Nicely done. I do hope that, given your climate, this game was not made based on personal experience. Anyway, got 775, those roaches got nothing on me. Keep learning and practicing, you're doing great!
Nice and easy to play, felt good walking around and shooting, although the sounds were very obnoxious especially when rapidly repeating. Good job for a first Jam

P.S If you use assets that aren't your own you should opt out of that category i.e the Audio one.
It was pretty hard to aim my shots without a reticle of some sort but I did like how you could earn more points based on how far I made the shot.
Good game, but the is some problems with ai of bugs, sometimes they stack near wall.
is it even possible to kill them all? Also might have been better to make the timer count DOWN from 2 minutes and not up. Then it would be obvious that there's a time limit. Mechanically it works and aesthetically it's pleasing though.
Beautiful graphics. That was a nice idea for a game, you should keep working on it ;) Very interesting concept, well executed! Congrats!!! A+
That was fun! The cockroach noises were a bit cringy for me tho >.<
Very simple but well made game! I like the lighting. I included it in my compilation video series of the Ludum Dare 37 games, if you’d like to take a look. :) https://youtu.be/9xy3qMJx7GQ

Very nice! But you forgot to lock the cursor in the center of the screen to keep people from clicking off-screen while playing in windowed mode.
