Well, Mike ran in to problems getting ldjam.com working properly with about 12 hours left in the Compo, so this is the backup plan.
Your are a monk in a japanese temple. Your mission is quite simple: you must protect your masters against all kind of disturbance.
The meditation room is assaulted by one thousand hanabira. Your job have just begun !
It's better to play with 16/9 screen resolution.

I really liked this game. Very interesting take on the theme and funny seeing the monk get buiried in leaves.
Loved the graphics and the music.
Really like the relaxing atmosphere - graphics + music. Good job!
Really nice presentation with audio and graphics. However as mentioned, it can get a bit repetitive if you stand in the one spot and spam shurikens. I just think the game needs something to disrupt that and encourage more movement.
In need of a score counter I think. Controls might be simpler with mouse aiming and click to shoot, as opposed to holding right click. Mood was on point though.
Great idea, but it gets really repetitive fast, if it had a few more game mechanics it would be perfect. Atmosphere is a big +. Good job! :D
Wow, my finger is tired. I got 664. Stupid gophers were the biggest problem. I love the atmosphere and environment, and the artsy concept. Graphics and music track were great, too. Game was a little dull for that long, but maybe it was trying to be meditative also. Nice work!
Great atmosphere, the graphics and the audio stand out from the very start, and the game has solid gameplay as well.
The graphics and ambience here are top-knotch, this is the kind of role only a game would allow me to perform. Wished there was some way to keep track of a score or something but that doesn't weaken the good experience.
