Well, Mike ran in to problems getting ldjam.com working properly with about 12 hours left in the Compo, so this is the backup plan.

This is my first LD entrance and also graphics and animations :)
You must surivave all zombies waves, which want eat your brain :)
I planned more weapons like shotgun, godlike grenade launcher (just try simple grenades their are so cool :) ), chainsaw etc. And some other zombie types.. But 48 hours was over, and I must published what was done.
Controlls:
WASD - movemnt
Mouse - aim
Left mouse button - shoot
Q - place turret
E - throw grenade
Bugfixes:
13.12. 16:07 - I must fix tree collide mask, and change grenade throw key to E (You can verify it in the GitHub repo)

Nice entry! I like how the game is set up and the stress provoked by a horde of zombies slamming doors. Sounds were a bit repetitive, but the animation and graphics were quite good. The turret was a bit overpowered, but perhaps it's because I got it early in the game...
I got stuck on lvl 8 as one of the zombies outside was stuck.. Couldn't do much, other than go outside and die... alone... lol
Great job
Actually a fairly fun game, I liked the blood effects when you shoot.
I found it to be a bit easy and it probably would have been more difficult with a bigger map. However, it was a pretty good game and fits the theme well.
Nice take on (essentially) COD zombies. Fun as a top-down diversion. I wish I felt a bit more threatened... It takes quite a while before you have to really use grenades and so on. The graphics and sound were fine.
Simple and good idea. Excellent hit into the theme. Realization is poor, but solid.
Great job!
The gameplay revealed to be strategic. For instance it is better to let the zombies break into the room before killing them to collect grenades and turrets.
Also, Zombies don't avoid the crates which is convenient for the player; but I felt like I was cheating. Maybe you could try to implement a potential field around the player and the turrets, and use it to move the zombies to the closest enemy.
This is very interesting to see all the variations of zombie survival created for this jam. The turret is definitively a plus in the game play. They help a lot when placed in the middle of the room, otherwise they start to shoot the wall. The devastating power of frag grenade is pure fun, I would like my gun to be as efficient. I wonder more powerful weapons and deadly zombies would make the game more nervous.
I had several bug causing the my main character to walk in a direction on its own, and at some point it left the screen, but otherwise it works well.
Thanks for making this game!
I like the graphics! Zombies have a nice death animation and it's fun to shoot them. It could be a bit faster imo.
The game was pretty fun. I made it through round 12. A few different zombies would have made the game a lot more interesting. Nice job on the game.
A pretty straightforward game in concept and theme, but with the addition of the medpacks, turrets and grenades I had enough fun to hold out to level 17. I kinda wanted to stop a few levels before, but I kept killing the zombies and success breeds interest.
The graphics were all right, but it all felt a little flat visually. Stronger use of shadows would've helped.
The sound effects got repetitive pretty quickly.
What would've kept me player longer would've been variation in zombies and different weapon types (both guns and traps). I know, more features and no time. But that's what I'd have liked. :D
Good job!
It played well, maybe a bit too easy and the character walks a bit slow but other than it was a nice little time waster. Was rather fun blasting away those zombies! Good stuff! :D
Not bad! Wish there were more turrets, it's fun to set those up and try to cover all the angles. Good work this weekend!
Fun game, good graphics, would have liked to collect my loot outside. Sad to see it disappear. I also think a reloading mechanic could bring some tension.
Played a lot longer than I would have initially expected too. I love the sentry turrets, wish they were a little more common. Grenades are really fun, if a bit OP.
Well, usually I don't leave negative comments, but this is the case (sorry about that). There are tons of games with such idea out there, and your doesn't shine with mechanics, nor with graphics. I really liked such games back in 2010-2012, but not anymore, thanks.
