Room of Slimes

A game made for the Ludum Dare 37 (Jam). The theme was: One Room. My first ever entry for the Jam.

Spawn slimes and kill them. Gather as many slimeballs as you can to purchase upgrade. Gather enough slimeballs to transcend and win the game!

The prices for the strength and other upgrades seem a little to high in my opinion. It has potential if you were to add more enemies, and some other features, I would recommend continuing with this.

Nice polish overall, it felt like sometimes attacking would pull the slimes towards me and I'd take a hit for it, but it could just be me being bad at the game. Very nice theme integration

I felt like the slimes got a cheap hit on me sometimes, but the game is still fun. Kinda like a clicker game, only with a losing condition, and keyboard-friendly.

PS: is this the genocide of the slime clan?

Well you had me grinding here for awhile very addicting.

Interesting that you control the pace of the game. Very fun.

Dude, this is quite addictive! :D Really nice take on the theme, the game's really good and has a lot of potential, if you take the time to balance stuff like prices, add more perks and enemies! :)

The graphics are really nice and the ost/sfx really fits the game and set up a great mood!

Nice entry, I liked the sprites and the concept. As pointed by others the cost of the upgrades should be less expensibe but that have an easy fix. Good job and keep working on the idea!

Really liked the graphics and the game play of this. It's really fun but the balance of the upgrades seems a little to steep. Nice work.
