Well, Mike ran in to problems getting ldjam.com working properly with about 12 hours left in the Compo, so this is the backup plan.
A 3D, first-person puzzle game which takes place in one big room.
Use the WASD or arrow keys to move, and the mouse to look around. Left-click to activate certain switches - others must be stepped on.
NOTE - you can press Esc to release the mouse cursor, but to actually quit the game you'll have to use Alt+F4

Very interesting idea, the 'One room' is discutable, but I see your point here. I don't like this Egyptian theme much, but still, nicely done :)
I liked the puzzles and how different this was from the other entries (Egyptian theme, puzzles, gravity, etc). I would suggest making those rooms a lot smaller and focused.
I found the tutorial section to be quite good, but as soon as you entered the main room it became overwhelming. I wasn't sure where to go or what to do. It was also extremely huge.
Great job!
Nicely done. I like the style and mood of it. Everything fits very well together, even the ending which was a nice surprise.
It was a good idea to add the wires, otherwise it would have been tedious looking for the next pressure pad. Movement speed could have been a little bit faster. Ultimately, all puzzles were pretty much the same.
Overall a good effort.
Good idea ! Good job with the graphics, game mechanics and audio. It's a shame it doesn't fit the theme.
Good work :)
There is one main room, so in my opinion this fits the theme quite well.
The game itself isn't especially innovative, but somehow it's still one of my favorites until now! I'm a fan of puzzle games, but I dislike games where I have to search for a small hidden detail for a long time, so your game is almost perfect for my taste! You used a very small amount of game mechanics, but built a game that has a finished feeling to it. I especially liked the level design (making me think, but not too hard... I'm too tired for hard thinking right now!) and the sound design (Those 4 goal buttons are especially nice)!
The only thing I found a bit annoying was the size of the main room, it feels like it could be more compact than it is, without losing any gameplay. Well, making things compact takes time.
Good work!
Actually it is technically one big room composed of smaller ones. The game is interesting puzzle, but somehow slow and the level is kind of complex - so it takes quite a time to solve it.
The movement wasn't ideal I'd say (although that might be due to me being used to Source engine, and you couldn't really maneuver here in the fly).
Overall it was nice, if not the best, puzzle-based entry.
Great idea, but I am a bit confused how I am suppose solve the puzzle.
This is a cool game! The puzzles aren't really that hard, although I did get stuck on one at the end. It's simple enough to figure out how to play and what to do without any instructions, so that's good.
The music is fitting, although it sounds somewhat familiar - does it come from somewhere else?
The graphics work, but it feels like there is something off about them - although I can't describe exactly what. I think it might have to do with a contrast in the level of detail on the graphics and the room itself.
I found this game to be very fun. I keep getting stuck though. I could not figure out where the theme was though.
Cool concept! I included it in my compilation video series of the Ludum Dare 37 games, if you’d like to take a look. :) https://youtu.be/YS39t7Fdzo0

Does not fit the theme very well because there are multiple rooms. Cool idea, but it did feel too empty to validate the size of those rooms.
