Well, Mike ran in to problems getting ldjam.com working properly with about 12 hours left in the Compo, so this is the backup plan.
In Bite The Pain, your job is to prioritize the terminally sick people entering your waiting room. Just click on a tile in the queue for patients to take their place !
If by the end of the wave you don't owe money to the familiesof the deceased, you'll keep your job for the next !
Controls:
Click on a tile in front of the door to assign a place in the queue.

Really creative idea! would love to see a full game like this!
Really cool concept :)
Get boring fast :(
Good Graphics and Animations :)
Amazing! The graphics blew me away. Everything contributed to the gameplay, which I found addicting. The only thing I thought was better than the bleeding patients (need to be saved ASAP, great use of UI) were the balding ones! Hilarious.
The title was a tad confusing; I thought I was going to be a patient at first, or at least administer drugs to incoming patients. But the gameplay was smooth and bug free. Everything just made sense. Congrats!
The graphics and atmosphere where really good. I felt the gameplay could have used something to give a little more strategy and a little less mindless clicking to the game. There wasn't any feeling of urgency to me even though a guy was bleeding out. But overall really nice job. I enjoyed it.
Visually stunning, very well done. I couldn't get past the first level though, too hard for me.
Wow, this was really wellmade! The graphics and animations were really awesome and the UI was the right size so it wasnt intrusive. Really awesome all around, I did run into 1 bug though. Sometimes a patient would just be stuck on the first tile infront of the door so he couldn't be assigned to the que which meant I just had to stand idle by and wait for him to die... Lol anyway great entry!

Who would have known that a hospital receptionist it the worst job in the world. All these people dying and getting pissed off so quick. Seriously, it is really good just too stressful for me. I feel like it could be better if it wouldn't be that fast.
I likes the graphics and that you have to decide if you want to take the almost angry persons or the half dead people in first. Just a little too fast too difficult...otherwise I loved it.
A patient walks into a hospital, bleeding all over the ground. It is almost his turn when his thinks "Meh, I am bored, I am going home." :D
Excellent idea and a very nice graphics to it combined with the calm music fitting the place filled with patients that go home half-naked because they feel bored :D
Gave me good laughs too :D Keep up the good work :D
I'm a mass murderer, yay :D! On a more serious note, the game looks, sounds, feels and plays amazingly well. I felt that I was playing a finished game which is amazing work for 72 hours. You guys should add an upgrade system, polish it a little bit and you'd have a great game which many would buy, I would for sure!
That's how queues in real-life hospitals should be done! :) Fantastic game. Well polished, nice-looking, humorous and very fun in mechanics. I loved that chaos, ever-changing position in queue, bleeding out next to doors and going home because boredom while being half-dead!
Really good concept (which happens to also fit the theme really well). Definitely worth working on post-jam and refining.
Wow, excellent work guys very good work, animations, music, graphics, particles, lighting, atmosphere, for me all in place. Really good work guys, excellent game.
Strong entry. I feel you get a bit overwhelmed with too many patients. Left more to clicking like crazy rather than strategising a bit more.
Also possible bug(?): Starting money does not reset between games
Nice graphics and atmosphere. I think I would prefer if it were slower paced to encourage more strategic planning, but still a really solid game.
I really liked the graphics. The gameplay was chaotic but fun, I lasted quite a long time. Great execution overall!
Wow those gowns and haircuts haha, what a mood! I wonder how much that job pays an hour? -Tweedle
Definitely one of the best.
Well done!
Maybe it's a bit too frantic for my taste. I found it hard to decide whether waiting time is more relevant than the health. However, it was a very nice experience.
You should definitely try and expand on this idea.
A bit hard for me, i lose quickly the overview. But great theme and overall a very good entry!
Very interesting and unique idea, and an interesting take on the theme.
The pacing was very fast, almost too fast - I had some trouble "taking in" the status of the patients at a glance fast enough.
Great humor, despite the morbid theme, due to the over-the-top (and very good) graphics.

Fun, though morbid. I like how people who are about to bleed out can get so bored that they just leave. The music may be a little repetitive. I feel like you could have done a little more with the premise. It got repetitive after just a few waves.
