Wow, beautiful, enjoyable game. Had to finish it :)
I like the message you managed to incorporate there, well done!
wow, this is one of my favorite games i've played from this jam so far!
the art is just fantastic, it's got such a nice clean style that works super well with the mechanics. i also really like the color choices, and the parallax scrolling with the clouds.
the controls feel nice, and it has some really great atmosphere going on with the ending. great job!!
Really pretty, i hope people give it enough of a chance to get to the message of the game, at which point it'll click.
Such wonderful colour choices and zen design! Very good work. Love the style.
Wow, that end really got me. Wasn`t expecting that. Great atmosphere and mood! Congrats
Art style (both graphics and music) are insanely good. Great use of the theme as well, though I'd hoped the shapeshifting would have been slightly more "core" to the experience.
Good game, good luck!
An astonishing tribute game, and I love the graphics the use of the theme for this game.
Lovely audio and graphics. Love origami as well so I may be biased. Nice message as well.
Just fantastic. Great audio, animation, and atmosphere. The ending really got to me.
This is very good. I liked the symbolism flipping left and right.
I'd love to see a postmortem written up about this later.
Nice graphics and use of theme, also great final message.
Lovely and unique graphics! I kind of felt like the theme only affected the graphics, and not the gameplay, so I only gave the theme a three. Otherwise, very nice!
beautiful looking game, and with a message to boot. the name didnt click tell the end, so it came as a surprise.
Graphics are very nice and the game is fun to play while it lasts. Appreciated the unexpected, meaningful ending.
Whoa, this took a dramatic turn I wasn't expecting! Very nice!
Very nice graphics ! The whole idea is very nice, I love the origamis. Maybe the contrast between beeing a bird or a man could have been higher though
Nice polish, really good graphics and sound. Wouldn't have expected a deep message after the game. Good use of the theme, however I would have loved if the theme would contribute a little bit more towards the game play.
Wow, so polished and lovely - absolutely gorgeous art. The ending really hits hard, well done.
Simple but very nice! The style is lovely and consistent. Perhaps it would have been nice to have slowly introduced the different obstacles instead of using them all at once? Great job!
Excellent take on the theme. Glad to see games that deal with social issues. Beautiful graphics and audio, also. Congratulations!
This game is perfect in all of its simplicity. I really love the symbolism that really clicks at the end of the game in one of those 'a-ha' moments and is plain enough not to feel melodramatic. The gameplay is nicely tuned too.
Interesting take on the theme. The game is pretty basic ( I got tired after about 20 seconds), but the graphics are PHENOMENAL.
Simple, but polished, beautiful and even thought provoking. Great Job!
Excellent audiovisual. This is a good and proper game that respectfully reacted to this terrible war as the topic. You make a good and right thing to do. Sorry for my bad english
Damn, that got dark fast! Gameplay is simple but surprisingly fun, and the graphics and sound are of course fantastic :)
Pretty moving. Nice graphics. It's really hard to get to the end with full life. Congrats!
Very beautiful art style, and nice effects, sound and music! Would've been cool to maybe let the different origami shapes have different properties.
Awesome :D! I really liked your game, the execution of the theme. The aesthetic is really cool and I almost cried at the end :_)_
I was in your Hangout on PONG. Was pretty cool : "How do games without getting poor or depressed". Very beautiful game and well polished , congratulations.
Poignant ending, and amazing graphics. Gameplay is simple, but it has an incredible amount of polish and subtlety. I love the way the music gradually ramps up as things get more intense.
The ending was like... oh wow... I get it now...
Really liked the art style and graphics, the entire game is very well done. Good use of the theme, a fantastic entry.
Wow, was not expecting that ending at all but it made sense with the gameplay. Gameplay was solid but the shapeshifting had no apparent purpose.
Beautiful graphics, mood and message. The game itself is pretty basic, I wish it made a difference whether you're a crane or a human.
Well done!
Simple concept, but nice aesthetic - something really quiet. Well done ++
Don't understand why you chose to be judged in Humor, but whatever, awesome entry anyways! :)
Great entry and good anti-war theme. The game really opened in the end and managed to make an deep impact (at least on me).
Very great mood, theme, and graphics, but a bit lacking on the fun side. In addition, there is no real "shapeshifting" besides moving, and even then it doesn't really make sense why you become human or a crane. Besides that, the game was very well polished.
Nicely polished and the ending is definitely something to think about.
Overall, it's really wonderful in its simplicity. The art and music is where the game really shines.
This may be more of a personal preference than anything but when abstracting health like this (no GUI) it can be a bit irritating if there's no clear indicator of how many hits you can still take. Like, in Super Mario it's pretty obvious when Mario is at his least healthy (he's small). Adding extra levels to that is just somewhat confusing IMO and I think you could stand to use some more visual indicators that "yeah, I'm about to die".
That's just a tiny thing though that takes a lot of words for me to articulate, make no mistake I really love this entry overall.
This was so beautiful. WOW! really good use of the theme, the graphic, atmosphere, and audio was terrific! Congrats!! well done!
The game amazed me by music and graphic at the beginning. I was a little bit confused, why there is missing some score. I realize it at he end. I like games with meaning. Great job!
I love short and sweet games that pack a message. Also, it looks beautiful.
Hi, nice game and congratulations ! We're realizing a video with several winners of the Ludum Dare #35.
Can you add your game on indiexpo.net ? (it's free)
So we can include also your game in the video ;)
p.s. write #LDJAM in the game's description

Mini Submission FAQ
TEAMS: Teams entering the Jam should pick a single representative to submit your game, or create a team specific account you can share. We currently do not support Team Voting, but sharing an account and together playing and rating games is acceptable.
CAN I ENTER BOTH EVENTS?: You should pick 1 event, whichever you think it’ll do better in. If the idea is strong, and everything plays well enough, you can go Compo. If you’re a perfectionist, and would prefer people to play a more polished game, do the Jam. Historically, more games are entered in the Compo, but with more people and more time, Jam games have the potential to be better (that doesn’t mean they are). Many solo participants do enter the Jam.
If you made 2 games, unfortunately, the website doesn’t support multiple submissions per user. To submit your 2nd game, you will have to make a 2nd account. Only do this if you made 2 games. Alternatively, if one game is better than the other, then consider just entering the better game.
CAN I KEEP WORKING UNTIL THE DEADLINE?: Yes! Immediately after the 48 or 72 hours, we do something called Submission Hour. As the name suggests, it’s an extra hour for you to package, upload, and submit your games. If there were catastrophic issues trying submitting your game, or you misunderstood how submissions work, that’s okay. It happens. We’re flexible. If you need advice, check with the folks on IRC. If you need an admin, get in touch.
CAN I KEEP WORKING ON MY GAME?: Oh definitely! You should! But for the sake of judging, keep the Compo or Jam version around. You can include a link to the Post-Compo/Post-Jam version of your game on your games page, but sure your main links are the original version.
PORTS: Ports to other platforms can be done after the deadline. That said, the sooner you finish your port, the sooner people can play your game, improving your chances of placing in the final results. For best results, provide a Web version of your game, or a Windows version with no dependencies. Also be sure to rate at least 20 games to improve your visibility (Coolness).
MY GAME CRASHES, IS UNBEATABLE, OR I MADE A TYPO: We allow you to fix crashes, win condition, or tiny bugs after the deadline. In a sense, this is like “porting” to support more players. We leave this open to interpretation, but generally speaking your game should be identical to the game you submitted. No new features, just fixing mistakes you should have caught had you been better rested.
MY GAME DOESN’T SHOW UP: If you can’t find your game, it’s usually because the URL to your downloads are missing ‘http://‘. Fix your URLs (http://mysite.com/mygame.zip) and you will show up. Alternatively, if you just posted it, wait a minute. The cache may not have refreshed yet.
NOT LOGGED IN?: If you get a message about not being logged in, even though you are, it’s because your web browser cached the non-logged in page. You can fix this by either refreshing your cache or clearing your cache. CTRL+F5 in many browsers. Chrome is a bit more work. Press F12 to enable Developer Mode, then you can right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”. This option is unavailable if you are not in Developer Mode.
Great use of the theme, also the graphics are very nice.
