Brilliant game! Love the artwork, and the innovative idea/mechanic of stepping... and not stepping on thos hilarious critters. I laughed really hard when the signs came up.
Brilliant game, a really good idea very well executed.
The only thing I coud see as an improvement would be some background music.
Nice art. But I loose a lot of time on the last level because it was too fun to "SPROUTCH" everyone !
Good job ! :)
The game is lacking a soundtrack to carry the action. Apart from that, I think it's a smart concept, with lovely visuals! Gameplay-wise, I would've liked to be able to go back during a step (to use the left arrow to just move the foot back in mid air) to better aim. But the controls still work nicely.
Cool game. Very well executed and in keeping with the theme.
I LOL'd :-) Great idea, fun to play, great graphics... all in all great entry!
Great idea! It's funny and sad at the same time to "sproutch" the little guys. I'm still on my way to the hospital!
Graphics and audio are cool as well, awesome job!
HAHA, I love the title and the little "no no no no no no" sound. I was fun to complete the game. Interesting and innovative concept. I also love the idea of not wanting to be a monster and trying to not hurt people.
Really cool concept! Really funny in everything. Sfx, Quotes, Story, Visuals! Nice work! =)
Very cool entry :)
It is good that you made check points!
Cool entry! Music, sounds and visuals work really well together. Now, if you'd excuse me. I have to wash my feet.
I really liked the game's idea! But playing with the controller felt somewhat clunky... The stick was too sensitive and would cause me to jump when I simply wanted to move a little forward... That that was my only issue. :)
Great game!
Nice idea and lovely art :) I'm glad to finally finished to join the hospital :)
Great idea, simple but terribly fun ! :D
Loved to stomp all these little snail ! >:)
I love this game. :)
Epic idea, epic graphics! Hilarous sound effects!
Great game! Really well-polished, plus you should really think about developing this further with the cool mechanic you thought of! =)
Really good, I loved the mechanics. There were some moments once the little guys started moving that were frustrating, because they would move into a position where I had nowhere I could move that wouldn't squish someone. Although I guess that just makes it fit the theme even more!
Actually, I felt bad for the monster...
The game is good and we really feel how hard is it to move and be careful for him. 10/10
Great game! The controls for the character worked well and I really like the artwork. I felt bad Sproutching the little guys. Nice job!
Hahaha funny game and interesting idea :) the gameplay stays simple but the game is sometimes quite hard. Very cute visuals, it feels like it could even been better with just a few more time :) Dialogs and songs are very fun too.
Anyway i beat it, cool game, cool ending ! good job !
The art is amazing and the gameplay is highly original. Solid entry. God job!
Very funny. And hard. And I loooove the sound. No, no, no, no, nooooooo !

Mini Submission FAQ
TEAMS: Teams entering the Jam should pick a single representative to submit your game, or create a team specific account you can share. We currently do not support Team Voting, but sharing an account and together playing and rating games is acceptable.
CAN I ENTER BOTH EVENTS?: You should pick 1 event, whichever you think it’ll do better in. If the idea is strong, and everything plays well enough, you can go Compo. If you’re a perfectionist, and would prefer people to play a more polished game, do the Jam. Historically, more games are entered in the Compo, but with more people and more time, Jam games have the potential to be better (that doesn’t mean they are). Many solo participants do enter the Jam.
If you made 2 games, unfortunately, the website doesn’t support multiple submissions per user. To submit your 2nd game, you will have to make a 2nd account. Only do this if you made 2 games. Alternatively, if one game is better than the other, then consider just entering the better game.
CAN I KEEP WORKING UNTIL THE DEADLINE?: Yes! Immediately after the 48 or 72 hours, we do something called Submission Hour. As the name suggests, it’s an extra hour for you to package, upload, and submit your games. If there were catastrophic issues trying submitting your game, or you misunderstood how submissions work, that’s okay. It happens. We’re flexible. If you need advice, check with the folks on IRC. If you need an admin, get in touch.
CAN I KEEP WORKING ON MY GAME?: Oh definitely! You should! But for the sake of judging, keep the Compo or Jam version around. You can include a link to the Post-Compo/Post-Jam version of your game on your games page, but sure your main links are the original version.
PORTS: Ports to other platforms can be done after the deadline. That said, the sooner you finish your port, the sooner people can play your game, improving your chances of placing in the final results. For best results, provide a Web version of your game, or a Windows version with no dependencies. Also be sure to rate at least 20 games to improve your visibility (Coolness).
MY GAME CRASHES, IS UNBEATABLE, OR I MADE A TYPO: We allow you to fix crashes, win condition, or tiny bugs after the deadline. In a sense, this is like “porting” to support more players. We leave this open to interpretation, but generally speaking your game should be identical to the game you submitted. No new features, just fixing mistakes you should have caught had you been better rested.
MY GAME DOESN’T SHOW UP: If you can’t find your game, it’s usually because the URL to your downloads are missing ‘http://‘. Fix your URLs (http://mysite.com/mygame.zip) and you will show up. Alternatively, if you just posted it, wait a minute. The cache may not have refreshed yet.
NOT LOGGED IN?: If you get a message about not being logged in, even though you are, it’s because your web browser cached the non-logged in page. You can fix this by either refreshing your cache or clearing your cache. CTRL+F5 in many browsers. Chrome is a bit more work. Press F12 to enable Developer Mode, then you can right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”. This option is unavailable if you are not in Developer Mode.
I like the stomping mechanic and how you can influence the movement. Good job with that!
