Solid gameplay, the music and graphics work wonderfully together, lots of fun. Well done.
Very cute game, great graphics. Some collision issues here and there, but really nice. Sad ending (T~T)
In the third level, the player sprite stayed in the werewolf form, though visitors would still talk to them.
The werewolf died with the other werewolf at the end. Hopefully that's on purpose and there wasn't any other ending?
I forgot to mention something positive, sorry! The graphics are super well done, great work. This pretty much nailed the 16-bit RPG look. The music was nice too.
This is a very well-made game. All the art is great and consistent. It has a simple and fun mechanic and the sound effects and music really wrap it up into a nice complete package. I did find that villagers sprites could be completely hidden behind buildings which was annoying sometimes but overall it was a great game! Great work!
The game have some problems with ai, but it's very fun to play anyway. 16bit art looks awesome.
Very nice game! The art is really good ad the gameplay is fun :)
Sometimes the NPCs tend to push each others and get kinda stuck but otherwise it works great.
Music is cool too :)
Awesome work, felt like the game needed a stealth mechanic to really flesh it out. Lot's of polish for a 72 hour game.
What a depressing end....
Well done though
Keep up the good work! Really enjoyed playing through this!
It was pretty fun. Loved the idea of hiding before the night falls. Pretty cool stuff!
Ha, I managed to wait around on the ending screen until daytime. The I changed back but the pink wolf didn't (though she got the villagers' ! over her head like she noticed me). At that point, touching her could kill me, so I just kinda shoved the hunter out of the way.
Then I waited until the next night, when we could finally be together! So I approached her, and... slew her where she stood! Oh, what a twist!
Ha, anyway, I enjoyed the game! Most adorable 16-bit werewolves yet!
Aweeeesome! :) The art is super sweet, and the gameplay is really satisfying. You two did a great job! "Have you met, Ted"? xD
I'd have liked some indicator on exactly when I'm going to turn back into a human, had to redo the last level due to 0.1 miliseconds being off on timing because there was just one villager left, yolo.
Was a great experience all-together!
Very well made game. There were a few graphical errors I saw: people clipping in front of buildings, shadows flickering, and if I died while in the middle of an attack animation, it would show a pool of blood under me while i was still standing.
Also, those monster hunters killed more villagers than i did, hahaha. I also felt like i should have been able to kill the hunters if I got up to them.
Overall, great job.
Ahaha! I love the little nod to The Wolf Among Us with the title. Other than that, solid, good looking/sounding and challenging game!
Great game! Had quite a big of fun playing it, but I've got a bit annoyed by Kevin Macleod soundtrack, probably because I've heard it a million times already.
Still, great job!
Very fun and impressive game. Were the hunters meant to kill half of the people for me, though? Seems like they were the real monsters! Loved the graphics work and the villagers' speech - everything is so polished. Great entry, fantastic work!
Appealing graphics and I like the day/night cycle idea a lot. Great entry
The game was nice. I found it hard 'cause I've been killed everytime by the guy with the gun ;)
Nicely done. I played with my little sister and she enjoyed hunting villagers as well :-)
Getting back to you about your comment: Yes! It's possible to destroy pretty much everything except the island itself. The building tiles stop taking damage after they're broken so you often have to break more than just the bottom rows.
Thanks for playing! I'm going to leave this open so I can get to your game after work. :)
Game looks great and controls well. Noticed some villagers getting stuck on walls and in corners with each other. Liked that the hunters could kill villagers as well. Great job
Funny, interesting idea, nice graphics and sound! Thanks, guys!
Very nice Audio and Graphic. But this ending *sniff*
Btw, i love how the hunter kill each and everything trying to kill you. Even other hunters :D
Lovely graphics. I included it in my Ludum Dare 33 Compilation video series, if you would like to take a look :) https://youtu.be/0AIZTu6ja8E

Mini Submission FAQ
TEAMS: Teams entering the Jam should pick a single representative to submit your game, or create a team specific account you can share. We currently do not support Team Voting, but sharing an account and together playing and rating games is acceptable.
CAN I ENTER BOTH EVENTS?: You should pick 1 event, whichever you think it’ll do better in. If the idea is strong, and everything plays well enough, you can go Compo. If you’re a perfectionist, and would prefer people to play a more polished game, do the Jam. Historically, more games are entered in the Compo, but with more people and more time, Jam games have the potential to be better (that doesn’t mean they are). Many solo participants do enter the Jam.
If you made 2 games, unfortunately, the website doesn’t support multiple submissions per user. To submit your 2nd game, you will have to make a 2nd account. Only do this if you made 2 games. Alternatively, if one game is better than the other, then consider just entering the better game.
CAN I KEEP WORKING UNTIL THE DEADLINE?: Yes! Immediately after the 48 or 72 hours, we do something called Submission Hour. As the name suggests, it’s an extra hour for you to package, upload, and submit your games. If there were catastrophic issues trying submitting your game, or you misunderstood how submissions work, that’s okay. It happens. We’re flexible. If you need advice, check with the folks on IRC. If you need an admin, get in touch.
CAN I KEEP WORKING ON MY GAME?: Oh definitely! You should! But for the sake of judging, keep the Compo or Jam version around. You can include a link to the Post-Compo/Post-Jam version of your game on your games page, but sure your main links are the original version.
PORTS: Ports to other platforms can be done after the deadline. That said, the sooner you finish your port, the sooner people can play your game, improving your chances of placing in the final results. For best results, provide a Web version of your game, or a Windows version with no dependencies. Also be sure to rate at least 20 games to improve your visibility (Coolness).
MY GAME CRASHES, IS UNBEATABLE, OR I MADE A TYPO: We allow you to fix crashes, win condition, or tiny bugs after the deadline. In a sense, this is like “porting” to support more players. We leave this open to interpretation, but generally speaking your game should be identical to the game you submitted. No new features, just fixing mistakes you should have caught had you been better rested.
MY GAME DOESN’T SHOW UP: If you can’t find your game, it’s usually because the URL to your downloads are missing ‘http://‘. Fix your URLs (http://mysite.com/mygame.zip) and you will show up. Alternatively, if you just posted it, wait a minute. The cache may not have refreshed yet.
NOT LOGGED IN?: If you get a message about not being logged in, even though you are, it’s because your web browser cached the non-logged in page. You can fix this by either refreshing your cache or clearing your cache. CTRL+F5 in many browsers. Chrome is a bit more work. Press F12 to enable Developer Mode, then you can right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”. This option is unavailable if you are not in Developer Mode.
Dig your approach! It reminds me of Drac's Night Out on NES. But man, that hunter is on you the moment you turn. Nice challenge I reckon.
