I think the sounds didn't work, but nice graphics and funny ideia hdsuahsa. Bacannon LOL, nice title =D
I love how polished this is in so little time. I had trouble figuring out exactly what I was supposed to do (how many hits do the pigs need? when do I get more ammo?) but I figured it out well enough before too long! :)
Nice idea, but the controlls felt kinda unresponsive. When I clicked, the bacon fired at a delay.
The trailer was a hilarious, and the game felt really polished.
Simple ideas are sometimes the best lol, played till wave 8, love it :)
Feels very polished. I was surprised by the bacon bouncing off itself and the screen. Also I thought it was a fun twist on this concept that you had to spend some of the items you need to protect in order to get more ammo to protect the rest. Well done.
Very nice, played a while.
The limited ammo makes it infinitely more interesting!
I had a swine time. Crisp graphics, Sizzzlin sounds, an excellent aromatic missile command clone. Ham good job.
Ammo bouncing from itself is a nice idea that would be a fun addition to other games as well. Nice floaty particles in the background.
I feel like the health-is-ammo concept could be worth exploring more, but I had so much ammo it didn't really come into play. Maybe there are more varied enemies later on, but I'm afraid it was too easy to sustain my interest beyond a few rounds.
Came for bacon, was not disappointed. Had a small issue where my gun seemed to get stuck in fire mode every so often. Otherwise the game played great! Nice one :)
Good game, but repetetive after wave 2. Sound is charming. With some upgrades (to weapon and pig kamikazes) it will be great.
Got a bit repetitive after a while. But good concept overall. Sounds got a bit annoying after a while.
Haven't seen pigs this aggressive since Angry Birds. Nice work :) !
Pretty straightforward gameplay, could have used a twist. Presentation is lovely though.
fun at first, but it gets really repetitive. More types of enemies and why not weapons (who said "bacon bomb"?) would have been nice
A fun game with nice graphics. I like how the bacon trees provide both your ammo and your health.
Bacon everywhere!
Your trailer didn't promise too much. This is epic. :P
Story, art and music blend together into an awkwardly awesome mass of... pig meat? It could use some more variety, but bacon is enough to keep me playing for a while anyway.
To all the pigs: Come over to my game, there's plenty of real meat to be roasted there... ;)
Simple cool game with a nice intro. What really shines is the baroque rock music you got going on there.
Wish there was some screenshakes and maybe a gameplay for collecting baconammo out of the trees, but good job nonetheless!
This was amazing.
It was really simple game and I had way too much fun with it anyways. Great job :)
That's really good fun!! I liked the artwork and enjoyed the slightly surreal experience of shooting down flying pigs to what sounded like harpsichord music. Good work!
That was fun. Just one more wave syndrome. End boss came at a good pace. Good job!
This was a lot of fun - simple and pretty addictive! Though I would've liked to see another common enemy type for a little variety. Great stuff.
Very funny game, shooting bacon feels good, and this is supported by the sound effects. Graphics were pretty cool as well. Could have used more variety in regards to bacon behavior and enemy types, but other than that it's good and addictive.
Good luck!
Fun game. Sounds effect were a bit loud. Nice graphics, overall very polished and fun game. Great job.
Somewhat classic mechanic. I must admit that's not the gameplay I enjoyed the most so far of games I've tested.
Nice realisation, the game works well and does the job.
Although I can't help but ask myself philosophical questions.
Why are pigs angry ? Because they are not eaten anymore ? Isn't that a bit reductive as to the reason there are pigs on earth ?
Also, why to defeat angry pigs are we supposed to shoot bacon at them ?
Wouldn't that make them even angrier ?
If human soldiers at war would shoot at themselves throwing limbs of fallen comrades, this likely would piss off and traumatise a lot of people, wouldn't it ?
Good job making that game in 48 hours !
Cute little game, great job on the art! The gameplay got a bit monotonous, but I'm sure that could be fixed just by adding a few more enemies. :)
Pretty fun game and nice art. A little more variation would've been nice, but it did get pretty frantic towards the end anyway. Good job!

Mini Submission FAQ
TEAMS: Teams entering the Jam should pick a single representative to submit your game, or create a team specific account you can share. We currently do not support Team Voting, but sharing an account and together playing and rating games is acceptable.
CAN I ENTER BOTH EVENTS?: You should pick 1 event, whichever you think it’ll do better in. If the idea is strong, and everything plays well enough, you can go Compo. If you’re a perfectionist, and would prefer people to play a more polished game, do the Jam. Historically, more games are entered in the Compo, but with more people and more time, Jam games have the potential to be better (that doesn’t mean they are). Many solo participants do enter the Jam.
If you made 2 games, unfortunately, the website doesn’t support multiple submissions per user. To submit your 2nd game, you will have to make a 2nd account. Only do this if you made 2 games. Alternatively, if one game is better than the other, then consider just entering the better game.
CAN I KEEP WORKING UNTIL THE DEADLINE?: Yes! Immediately after the 48 or 72 hours, we do something called Submission Hour. As the name suggests, it’s an extra hour for you to package, upload, and submit your games. If there were catastrophic issues trying submitting your game, or you misunderstood how submissions work, that’s okay. It happens. We’re flexible. If you need advice, check with the folks on IRC. If you need an admin, get in touch.
CAN I KEEP WORKING ON MY GAME?: Oh definitely! You should! But for the sake of judging, keep the Compo or Jam version around. You can include a link to the Post-Compo/Post-Jam version of your game on your games page, but sure your main links are the original version.
PORTS: Ports to other platforms can be done after the deadline. That said, the sooner you finish your port, the sooner people can play your game, improving your chances of placing in the final results. For best results, provide a Web version of your game, or a Windows version with no dependencies. Also be sure to rate at least 20 games to improve your visibility (Coolness).
MY GAME CRASHES, IS UNBEATABLE, OR I MADE A TYPO: We allow you to fix crashes, win condition, or tiny bugs after the deadline. In a sense, this is like “porting” to support more players. We leave this open to interpretation, but generally speaking your game should be identical to the game you submitted. No new features, just fixing mistakes you should have caught had you been better rested.
MY GAME DOESN’T SHOW UP: If you can’t find your game, it’s usually because the URL to your downloads are missing ‘http://‘. Fix your URLs (http://mysite.com/mygame.zip) and you will show up. Alternatively, if you just posted it, wait a minute. The cache may not have refreshed yet.
NOT LOGGED IN?: If you get a message about not being logged in, even though you are, it’s because your web browser cached the non-logged in page. You can fix this by either refreshing your cache or clearing your cache. CTRL+F5 in many browsers. Chrome is a bit more work. Press F12 to enable Developer Mode, then you can right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”. This option is unavailable if you are not in Developer Mode.
Very fun concept! Good job on the art too.
