This was a lot of fun! Really well done, looking forward to the Buttface hat and horse armour dlc!!
maybe a more days working in this you can make this a good app.
Solid entry, had alot of fun with this one! The yellow snow was a nice touch. AI acted a bit strange which allowed me to recover snowballs, good for me, maybe not for the difficulty? I dig it, nice work.
Misleading title, but great game nonetheless.
I'd like to be able to change direction while I charge a snowball.
Also, the ai wasn't keen on going for the flag.
It was hell to play on my AZERTY but still fun! I like the amount of work you put in it, loved the chip sounds, the characters, the gameplay. Making snowballs is a bit long though and gets a bit repetitive, forcing us to remain in cover for a long time. Great entry anyway
Nicely polished game, with some neat visuals and sfx (although lacking music). It was fun to play, although a little too easy and a little too short. (and perhaps the pacing was a little too slow too) Decent entry, and with some more content, music, and faster pacing, this could turn into something incredibly solid.
Liked:
- Graphics. All very unified and nice to look at
- Controls. Smooth and responsive. Moved the character at a good speed.
- Innovation. Making snowball fighting into a sort of shooter mechanic is definitely a cool idea!
Disliked:
- The munitions cap. 5 snowballs didn't seem like quite enough.
- The repetitive game play. Overall game play felt a bit slow and easy. It would have been nice to see some powerups, and more daunting waves of enemies.
Overall I think this is a very slick game. Looks great, fun to play, and with a bit more content it has a lot of potential!
Nice looking game, and I really like the concept. Unfortunately I think the snowball cap is far too low. At one point I ran out of snowballs and I couldn't do anything. The game also didn't end because the enemies didn't seem to be able to attack me.
This is a pretty good game. I liked the way you introduced a single throwing enemy first before overwhelming the player with them. Seemed a bit too easy and the step sound effects started to get annoying, maybe if they were a bit quieter and a softer sound. I also liked the reserve snowballs around your flag that you could pick up if you were desperate. That was a nice design choice. Good work!
Awesome. You really should improve this. Maybe try a multiplayer mode and add some powerups. And maybe try some new balance for the single player. Lovely graphics and fun gameplay. Good work!
Charming graphics and super cute idea. I never felt too stressed with the oncoming hoards though, especially as when I lost I kinda just hung out with this shuffling red dude before whiteout.
Super fun game. The graphics are great and the mechanics and controls work really well. Nice work.
Does it have a meaning that the strongest snowballs turn yellow? Joke aside, you made a fun and solid game. Making new snowballs takes a bit too long and the enemies walk a bit weird, but anyway, nicely done!

PORTS: Ports to other platforms can be done after the deadline. That said, the sooner you finish your port, the sooner people can play your game, improving your chances of placing in the final results. For best results, provide a Web version of your game, or a Windows version with no dependencies. Also be sure to rate about 20 games to improve your visibility.
MY GAME DOESN’T SHOW UP: If you can’t find your game, it’s usually because the URL to your downloads are missing ‘http://‘. Fix your URLs (http://mysite.com/mygame.zip) and you will show up. Alternatively, if you just posted it, wait a minute. The cache may not have refreshed yet.
MY GAME CRASHES, IS UNBEATABLE, OR I MADE A TYPO: We allow you to fix crash or win condition bugs after the deadline (in a sense, like “porting” to support more players). We also allow “typo” bugs. I.e. A true that should have been a false, a word that should have been a different word, very tiny changes that you would have caught if you had more sleep. We leave this open to interpretation, but generally speaking your game should be identical to the game you submitted. No new features, just things you messed up last minute. Typos.
Not bad
