How good are your reflexes? And your arithmetic skills?
You can test both with SPIN-2, a fast-paced game that reacts with the music.
HOW TO PLAY:
- Beat the rounds by taking the balls
- Each ball can have a different color, that means a different value: red(1), green(2), blue(3), purple(5), white(7)
- If you don't take a ball, be careful, every time a ball hits the spinner, you lose one point.
- If you go below 0, you lose.
- If the score goes over the desired score (in green) you
lose.
- Beat the global score to enable the next song.
- 3 difficulty levels, 3 different songs
CAN YOU BEAT THE LAST ONE? IS PRETTY HARD...
THERE IS A MENU WINDOW IN-GAME ON "HOW TO PLAY" :)

reminds me of super hexagon, very addictive. it took me a long while to figure out how the game worked, though.
the selection of music is awesome, and i love how the audio synthesis (i hope, atleast, hardcoding all of that would be a pain in the rear) effects EVERYTHING. good job on this one!
Hi bobombe. I think that's not a bug.
Each ball can have a different color, that means a different value: red(1), green(2), blue(3), purple(5), white(7)
I guess you went over the desired score and that's the reason why you lost :)
Damn this is making me dizzy :) Very nice take on Hexagon(i guess?). Great visuals and music!
Very fun game! It's got that Super Hexagon vibe for sure. Good music and great graphics. I especially like the visual filters used as the music changes. Amazing job!
Pretty, and good music! This is a very fun game! I love how the color changes as I progress. I wish I didn't have to memorize the color->number mapping, though. And it'd be nice to have some feedback when I win or lose! That might have helped me figure out the game by playing instead of reading the instructions.
Crazy visual effects when you progress and exciting gameplay along with great music. Nicely done!
Like many have said, very Hexagon inspired, which isn't a bad thing! Your interpretation is really sexy and well done, grats on that! x)
Probably the most fun, polished and awesome game I've seen so far. This is incredible! =D
I love it!
It's a little difficult to remember the color-point system, but the music is so edgy and cool that I just kept on playing to make it to the next level to make it progress. Cool game!
Really hard for me, and the visual effects adding and adding are really too much I think. They make it all to psychedelic to be played and hard to concentrate :(
I like the idea though!
@GSM Productions: that's exactly what I wanted, disturb the player's concentration. At least I know it's working well! thanks for the feedback!
Nice work, i like the effects when you go far in the level.
The musics are great.
Nice job.
It's a good game. Nice colors and music and no colors roud is great.
The game idea is....fairly contrived but I guess it's kind of nifty after reading through it and understanding. (Perhaps you could have worded it better?) Neat on the effects, I thought it was way too trippy for comport but I also understand that's really part of the whole point. Thanks for opting yourself out of Audio! Loving the new LD submission process.
oooh man, i so love you game
this music, style, gameplay
at end of levels my heart beating faster, that feelings, great! ;]
my game like u, give a challenge for player :D
i will complete u game! pretty easy for me :P
Funky game :D Totally digging it! The "black-jack" element feels just right.
Great Unique concept, controls are smooth, and music matches gameplay perfectly, a little easy but on the whole a very solid entry
Addictingly simple gameplay, although the music is a bit loud by default.
Interesting idea. The colors associated with the numbers was weird though. It may help to just have the number inside of the balls. Trying to keep them straight was difficult.
Oh man... this could be sooooo perfect. It's in almost every level equally or better than superxexagon but what kills the game for me is the fact that I need to remember what number of points each collor of dot represents. The basic idea of the points is cool but I had to read the game description to understand why I was loosing. Made it to the 6 level though after I remembered the scores :)
@ben_pxlplz, @aare: Yes, I had the same problem when I started to play the game. But once you get used to it, you don't see colors, just numbers. Anyway, I can see adding numbers for at least the easiest levels. Thanks for the feedback guys!!!
Very awesome take on the rhythm twitch genre game style! The math thing was a bit of a learning curve as I freaked out seeing a new color wonder what that values was again but once I got it down, it was awesome!
Only thing that hindered me was I would assume that hitting the side of the triangle would register as a hit, but it was more of a 50/50 whether that worked.
Love to see an OSX version so I can play it locally later, also thanks for the great feedback on my game!
Very cool! As some others had mentioned, it would be nice if the colored balls had their values on them. I think it would still be difficult for me to do the math and deal with all the crazy motion and colors going on elsewhere, so it wouldn't detract from your sort of "sensory overload" angle. :D
My best score on the first song was 20, but I wish it was a bit shorter. Having to commit to such a long single play session in a game like this is a little exhausting.
Whoah!
Can't understand first time what I should to do. But when I've figured out how to play... It was cool =)
Very, very fun game. Difficult to get adjusted to the spinning, but once you do it's amazing.
Hexagon made trippy and seizury! lol why aren't you on Music category?
I'm surprised you didn't volunteer for judging on the audio.
The score/target aspect of the game makes it quite distinct from Super Hexagon even despite the obvious similarities. The way the levels move in time to the music is still immensely satisfying. My main quip would actually be that given the arithmetic requirements, you can't actually lose yourself in the music and the game in the same way you can other rhythm games. I tried that and immediately lost. Other than that, this is an entirely solid game.
Wow. Damn fine job. It had musics, and maths, and screnshake, and awesome color schemes. Great work! Thanks
Hi guys, thanks for the feedback! I have decided to opt again in for audio, because after all the work I did for audio synthesis (which is also the core of the game), I think is fair. If you could please revisit your votos I would be so grateful. Thank you very much!
@Jupitron: it already has screen shakes!, but is not too strong and it's on sync with the drum bass frequencies.
Really good game. Becomes great fun when you get into the shaking, glitching, ramped up music section!
Very engaging gameplay, solid visuals and a great soundtrack! Congratulations in making such a polished rhythm game in three days; you've done an excellent job. I just wish I was better at maths. :P
Thou cannot phase me... I am a Super Hexagon master! Great game though ;D
Red dots on an orange background make it ridiculously hard to see.
Its really hard to tell where the dots are going to be because they are just flat colors, that nearly match the busy background. They get lost really easily.
Hard to tell why I missed dots. The hitbox on the triangle is really ambiguous, some for the hitbox on the dots.
Really good concept. The gameplay's really tricky, but extremely fun once you've worked it out. The visuals work well, although they can hurt your eyes a little when trying to focus on the dots. Still, everything comes together really well, and the music is the icing on the cake. Very, very cool game. Well done!
A game with awesome drum beat, very cool. I could really use some quick in game indications (I had to go back, read your instructions, and then play) because rules aren't intuitive, but that's not a bad thing. Once you get it, it's actually pretty original and very dynamic. Top 5 of entries I've been testing so far.
wow, interesting idea :)
takes a while to get used to mechanics tho :P
Clever concept and quite addictive. Music was also great and worked well at setting the tempo.
Interesting concept. I like how you integrated the music with the game.
Really nice beat, great game! I Included it in part 12 of my Ludum Dare 31 compilation video series, if you would like to check it out :) http://youtu.be/Wy_mvMH2L7Q

MY GAME CRASHES, IS UNBEATABLE, OR I MADE A TYPO: We allow you to fix crash or win condition bugs after the deadline (in a sense, like “porting” to support more players). We also allow “typo” bugs. I.e. A true that should have been a false, a word that should have been a different word, very tiny changes that you would have caught if you had more sleep. We leave this open to interpretation, but generally speaking your game should be identical to the game you submitted. No new features, just things you messed up last minute. Typos.
Inspired by hexagone aren't you ? the gameplay is great, simple and addicting (just had some bugs with game over even if i catch the ball ...). And the sync with music is cool too !
And last great Idea when it turn black ! I don't know if there is more surprises after ^^
