Nice simple little game. I'm missing a little bit more reaction time when the spikes appear, also waiting a moment before showing the game over screen when you die would be nice, sometimes I didn't even see why I died.
Initially the game goal is a bit confusing. The spikes appear too fast for the player velocity. I loved the audio and the jump animation!
Nice job on this one. Using the darkness to change the obstacles is a smart way to work around the "one screen" limitation and keep things fresh. I felt like the tutorial at the beginning really didn't explain enough (and while the voice acting was a nice touch, it was a little too long).
Would be nice if you had a health bar or something so the spikes weren't fatal...there were a few times where I thought I was being careful enough, but those spikes pop up really fast and close!
Really nice entry! Love the Graphics and Audio, Gameplay is solid. Voice acting is nice as well, I dig the concept. Overall wonderful entry!
I really liked the music, the graphics, i was a little unsure what i was supposed to do, so i just ran right and jumped when i could, the collision on the spikes seemed alittle unfair, and sometimes i lost my jump ability which im not sure why.
Beautiful game though, and nice idea, i think there could have been alittle more direction as to what you were set out to do since the first 5 torches i just had to run right.
Nice entry though ^^
I really liked the concept and the mechanics. The audio is top notch and art and animations are great!
Well, you got the basics down well enough; it has animation and music, and it's playable, so that's good! However, the gameplay was kind of...vague. I run along and jump over spikes, sure, but I don't really know how that affects the torches. Ultimately I got into an apparently infinite loop; I would continually run left, the torches would come on, then they would go off...and so on.
For a real game, you'd really need instructions somewhere; just something that says, like, "arrows to move". Also, the bit with the voice was good, but there was no way to skip it once I had read the text!
Thanks for your feedback. The idea of the game is more ambitious, more traps, more corridors, but we can't develops it in time. We need show how the mechanics of the corridors work because for each floor is different.
But you can jump the voice with Esc.
whoups, the game over is pretty harsh.
The game isn't bad at all!
Muy bueno juego. Gráficos muy guapos y animación excelente. Me ha gustado mucho y querría ver mas aventuras de este caballero y de sus creadores.
Cute graphics. I like the flame on top the head of the character. The soundtrack is very nice.

PORTS: Ports to other platforms can be done after the deadline. That said, the sooner you finish your port, the sooner people can play your game, improving your chances of placing in the final results. For best results, provide a Web version of your game, or a Windows version with no dependencies. Also be sure to rate about 20 games to improve your visibility.
MY GAME DOESN’T SHOW UP: If you can’t find your game, it’s usually because the URL to your downloads are missing ‘http://‘. Fix your URLs (http://mysite.com/mygame.zip) and you will show up. Alternatively, if you just posted it, wait a minute. The cache may not have refreshed yet.
MY GAME CRASHES, IS UNBEATABLE, OR I MADE A TYPO: We allow you to fix crash or win condition bugs after the deadline (in a sense, like “porting” to support more players). We also allow “typo” bugs. I.e. A true that should have been a false, a word that should have been a different word, very tiny changes that you would have caught if you had more sleep. We leave this open to interpretation, but generally speaking your game should be identical to the game you submitted. No new features, just things you messed up last minute. Typos.
