Thanks!I had no time because the timezone is different and i had to go to bed for school. And i added the music in the last minute :D.
Fairly good for a simple game! Especially with less time. Having fun is mostly what matters, I'd say.
Awesome that you completed your first ludum dare! Next time hopefully you'll have more time!
Congratulations on making a game in such a short time!
Although your game is listed for "Windows", I downloaded it anyway -- and luckily, it's really a Java app that works fine on Mac too (and probably Linux)!
p fun. I felt kind of confused starting off, as to how the game worked. The axe felt like it wasn't doing much. Some small sound effects (and some damage numbers popping up) could go a long way!
good attempt for a first go man.. the music was actually my favourite part but i can't seem to vote you on that (did you disable it?!)
Why b key? Does the game actually end or did I just die and disappear? Good job though if you had little time.
Nice and simple, I wish there was a "game over" screen so we could have some closure :D
Congratulations on your first jam! It was mine too :')
Simple idea but quite efficient, and not bad for a good one.
It would have been cool if there was sound effects and a game over screen.
For the circumstances good. But a health bar would be good.
Awesome first game. I could see this becoming much better given more time to polish it.
Good work on your first submission! Keep up the good work!
Cool! It was kind of weird when I died - the scroll position sort of jolted back to 0 and everything froze! It would have been easier to try again if I didn't have to reopen the game. You should also consider using a y-velocity variable for jumping, as just moving up and down is a wee bit unnatural. Audio was fitting.
Cool particle fx and music on intro, but a little repetitive in game. I like the player art.
Control choices are a little weird because of the hand placement required.
Definitely a good first entry! I like the idea its was good. Needs a little bit more work though.
This is awesome for your first LD game! Great job on the mechanics and physics. Level design might be an aspect you could spend a little more time on in the next compo. I hope you will keep participating!
You didn't use the theme at all but you did include snowmen which is quite dubious.
I like this game! Well done! I'm sorry I found it the last day! Good luck!

TEAMS: Teams entering the Jam should pick a single representative to submit your game, or create a team specific account you can share. We currently do not support Team Voting, but sharing an account and together playing and rating games is acceptable.
NOT LOGGED IN?: If you get a message about not being logged in, even though you are, it’s because your web browser cached the non-logged in page. You can fix this by either refreshing your cache or clearing your cache. CTRL+F5 in many browsers. Chrome is a bit more work. Press F12 to enable Developer Mode, then you can right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”. This option is unavailable if you are not in Developer Mode.
PORTS: Ports to other platforms can be done after the deadline. That said, the sooner you finish your port, the sooner people can play your game, improving your chances of placing in the final results. For best results, provide a Web version of your game, or a Windows version with no dependencies. Also be sure to rate about 20 games to improve your visibility.
MY GAME DOESN’T SHOW UP: If you can’t find your game, it’s usually because the URL to your downloads are missing ‘http://‘. Fix your URLs (http://mysite.com/mygame.zip) and you will show up. Alternatively, if you just posted it, wait a minute. The cache may not have refreshed yet.
MY GAME CRASHES, IS UNBEATABLE, OR I MADE A TYPO: We allow you to fix crash or win condition bugs after the deadline (in a sense, like “porting” to support more players). We also allow “typo” bugs. I.e. A true that should have been a false, a word that should have been a different word, very tiny changes that you would have caught if you had more sleep. We leave this open to interpretation, but generally speaking your game should be identical to the game you submitted. No new features, just things you messed up last minute. Typos.
Under the circumstances you did good for your first one. Would have liked to hear damage sound effects. Like the Axe :P
