No, you are not a member of some faction trying to become the leader.
You are the Control Panel, the Faction Master, the God, Chief, whatever.
Guide your faction, organize raids, defend against sieges, level up and survive the harsh world!
Experiment with the game; starve them, make them reach level 99999, become a failure and equip your raiders with only fists.
Note: You will not lose in this game, try to find some glitches to save your failure or refresh the page to start anew.
This was made with Javascript, together with Howler.js and Processing.js within..... probably 24 hours. I slept a lot. Whew! I might expand it though...
Gotta add some cool features like radio transmission, better interface and feeder factions!

I had fun, good strategy game. After one play through I played again thinking about what to do different! I think I died, because I ran out of people but game didn't end?
I feel there is a nice idea in there somewhere. Could be developed into a great text based game.
I think it would benefit from some balancing. I had a lot of money fairly quickly. Also - a pause would have been lovely :)
Nice idea though, could definitely be expanded upon to really see the idea flourish!
Nice Idea. Maybe a litle more graphical would help to make it more understainable.
I liked the idea behind the core mechanics. Decent take on the theme.
With some more time this could be a really good title, but as is is not so good, sorry [also it make my browser crash]
This game needed more feed back than just a sound and a number going up after some text popping up. Its a cool concept and id definitely like to see a more fleshed out version of this game!
The is the first time I play anything like this. I've never been big on text adventures. This somehow felt involving to play, and triggered my imagination (I played the first round without reading the description). A truly great way to move beyond the screen. Great.
The canvas was too big for my screen too, but a zoom out did the trick.
There's a cool idea in here - but it really needs a better way to communicate with the user what's going on. Even just some minimalist graphics (moving squares) would have gone a long way.
Cool idea there. I like the simple text-based interface. With a bit more polish and some variation this could be a great game.
Very simple, but interesting! More polishing and more things to do could make this something...
it's an interesting strategy game, but visually confusing. Nice effort.
I've always been interested in games that avoid the direct action and instead let you manage the behind-the-scenes stuff. I want graphics! :) Good job.
Interesting concept - some (more) graphics would probably improve the overall experience.
Well done!
Some interesting semi-strategy mechanics in there. A little too minimalistic in presentation, but it has a solid foundation.
Huh. I liked the style, and it was refreshing to play as the raiders instead of having them be cannon fodder villans. I had to zoom out to view to full interface. I quickly accumulated more money than I could really spend, and found myself wanting to be able to upgrade storage. It was cool hearing the sounds of battle.

TEAMS: Teams entering the Jam should pick a single representative to submit your game, or create a team specific account you can share. We currently do not support Team Voting, but sharing an account and together playing and rating games is acceptable.
NOT LOGGED IN?: If you get a message about not being logged in, even though you are, it’s because your web browser cached the non-logged in page. You can fix this by either refreshing your cache or clearing your cache. CTRL+F5 in many browsers. Chrome is a bit more work. Press F12 to enable Developer Mode, then you can right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”. This option is unavailable if you are not in Developer Mode.
PORTS: Ports to other platforms can be done after the deadline. That said, the sooner you finish your port, the sooner people can play your game, improving your chances of placing in the final results. For best results, provide a Web version of your game, or a Windows version with no dependencies. Also be sure to rate about 20 games to improve your visibility.
MY GAME DOESN’T SHOW UP: If you can’t find your game, it’s usually because the URL to your downloads are missing ‘http://‘. Fix your URLs (http://mysite.com/mygame.zip) and you will show up. Alternatively, if you just posted it, wait a minute. The cache may not have refreshed yet.
MY GAME CRASHES, IS UNBEATABLE, OR I MADE A TYPO: We allow you to fix crash or win condition bugs after the deadline (in a sense, like “porting” to support more players). We also allow “typo” bugs. I.e. A true that should have been a false, a word that should have been a different word, very tiny changes that you would have caught if you had more sleep. We leave this open to interpretation, but generally speaking your game should be identical to the game you submitted. No new features, just things you messed up last minute. Typos.
Seemed kinda basic, could do with some better graphics, and didn't *quite* fit on my screen :P.
