Alas I was not able to see too much as I got stuck. I like what I saw though!
played all through it. At first I thought the physics are really grappy, but turned out that it was actually pretty fun to play, especially with the speed arrows :) Good game!
It'd be nice if you didn't die when you hit the edge of the screen. There seemed to be a large disconnect between how easy it was to move left and right and how slow it was to jump up and down.
Nice platformer game, too bad there isn't some 8bit background music.
Fun platformer! I liked the all caps comments pressuring you to complete the game, those were pretty funny.
(arggghh installers)--eh, very solid entry! Has a lot more levels than anything I've ever made for LD! The platforming got pretty interesting towards the end, your difficulty progression turned out pretty well! Sometimes the jump didn't fire and I got stuck in moving platformers, but nothing game breaking. I enjoyed the ending.
@RHY3756547 yeah thanks man, sorry about the installer, i cant figure out the interweb yet.
As @Wakka said the physics felt weird at first but then I really liked how you had perfect air control and could kill all enemies in one go. Would have been nice to play more levels and possibly with some puzzles. Good work!
Just a tip, it's usually better to compile as a single run-time executable. People generally frown upon installers.
Restarting should also clear the screen sometimes, it'd get a little crowded.
I like the game very much.. I just don't know how to finish the final level :(
Pretty good entry! I liked the funny comments on each level, nice work!
Really great game. Probably the game so far I have had most fun playing. The only thing missing is some background music.
It's a plateformer, not much more. Sound effects are very loud. And I didn't find why some times my character jumps lower after having picked up a bonus and jumped a couple of times.
Wish I feel faster, simple game but well made. I Included it in part 21 of my Ludum Dare 31 compilation video series, if you would like to check it out :) http://youtu.be/onSxxkN9CmE
A gentle start for a platformer. Some collision bugs remaining and approximate control prevent from the good experience.
But it's not that bad for a compo !
Sorry falcon11445, the installer fails to install for me. =( It could not copy several files, for some reason.

TEAMS: Teams entering the Jam should pick a single representative to submit your game, or create a team specific account you can share. We currently do not support Team Voting, but sharing an account and together playing and rating games is acceptable.
NOT LOGGED IN?: If you get a message about not being logged in, even though you are, it’s because your web browser cached the non-logged in page. You can fix this by either refreshing your cache or clearing your cache. CTRL+F5 in many browsers. Chrome is a bit more work. Press F12 to enable Developer Mode, then you can right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”. This option is unavailable if you are not in Developer Mode.
PORTS: Ports to other platforms can be done after the deadline. That said, the sooner you finish your port, the sooner people can play your game, improving your chances of placing in the final results. For best results, provide a Web version of your game, or a Windows version with no dependencies. Also be sure to rate about 20 games to improve your visibility.
MY GAME DOESN’T SHOW UP: If you can’t find your game, it’s usually because the URL to your downloads are missing ‘http://‘. Fix your URLs (http://mysite.com/mygame.zip) and you will show up. Alternatively, if you just posted it, wait a minute. The cache may not have refreshed yet.
MY GAME CRASHES, IS UNBEATABLE, OR I MADE A TYPO: We allow you to fix crash or win condition bugs after the deadline (in a sense, like “porting” to support more players). We also allow “typo” bugs. I.e. A true that should have been a false, a word that should have been a different word, very tiny changes that you would have caught if you had more sleep. We leave this open to interpretation, but generally speaking your game should be identical to the game you submitted. No new features, just things you messed up last minute. Typos.
I cant start the game, there seems to be no executable file :(
