--- Instructions ---
Your task is to gain as much prestige points as possible and compete with others around the globe.

Enter the Dungeon with Hero by clicking on the Dungeon Entrace. Hero will now try to get treasure chests, gold and more from the dungeon. You can watch his journey in the top right corner. Every once in a while, Hero finds a chest which will get teleported to your stockpile.

Open a chest by clicking on it. Every item serves three purposes:

- Sell the item for gold by dragging it on the store
- Put the item in your trophy display to gain a higher prestige multiplicator (the more epic the item is, the higher is the multiplicator)
- or equip Hero with the item to help him delve into the deep dark dungeon.

--- The Story ---
Everyone wants to be the hero. Unfortunately, you are a coward. You are not going to get beaten up in dark and dangerous dungeons. But you want to impress everyone with the treasures lying deep inside the deepest dungeon of epic deepness.

Luckily, the might you are missing in your arms you got in your head. You brought your good old pal 'Hero Mc Herosen' of the 'Heroic Hero Order of Heroes' with you, so he will get beaten up and you will get all treasure. Isn't that cool?

Really impressed with how much is going on here, especially for a compo entry! I had a weird bug that happened when I was looking away from the window...my character was in the dungeon, but his suit of armor was still outside (and it was lower than it should have been...there was an armor-sized blank space where it should have gone). Hitting "Leave Dungeon" got it back on track.

Every 10 seconds I got some really annoying text thing pop up:( Couldn't get into the game which is a shame because the graphics looked good and so did the idea behind the game

Works now! So this was completely addicting. Getting the blues with crazy stats was super rewarding. Is level 5 max or am I just dieing?

Level 5 is current max, because I had no time left to add more levels :) But blue is not the best gear possible, there is more... :)

This was really fantastic. You really nailed this style of gameplay.

-On Level 3 I got an Orange piece of equipment! Super Shiny Leggings with +675 stamina, +450 health, a value of 2500 and 12.0x prestige. The dungeon wasn't a problem after that. That was the only orange I saw before the scores reset, so I must have been really really lucky.
-I wish you would give a pop-up notification when the server's scores are reset. Maybe a note of your final score and place in the leaderboards? Give the whole thing a minute to turn around? It switched almost instantly and surprised me.
-I wish that I there was a sell-all button or something. I was getting stuff faster than I could sell it. Dragging items to the shop to sell individually took too long.
-I didn't seem to be able to drag items directly from my hero to the shop. I had to put them in my trophy case before I could sell them.
-Finally, you have some floating point errors happening: Items would be, say, +0.300000000000002 Prestige. I don't know how you would fix it, and it wasn't a huge problem, but it looked weird in the interface!

I enjoyed this and would love to see an improved version of it! Please consider continuing development!

- floating point error: yeah, I noticed that, but it was after the deadline, so I had to leave it in :)
- drag from hero on store was also a bug I saw a bit too late
- I tried to include a "right click to sell item"-button, but for some strange reason it did not work all the time, so I removed it from the final build. One less feature is also one less bug :)
- The server reset is quite instant, yes. Had the problem that something was not stable enough and after a few hours, a bug prevent dungeon progression. Within the two hours timeframe, you get way less bugs.
- The orange equipment is a 1 in 1000 chance to occur. Really rare :)

Perhaps I will work on this game a bit more. It really needs more feedback for the player.

TEAMS: Teams entering the Jam should pick a single representative to submit your game, or create a team specific account you can share. We currently do not support Team Voting, but sharing an account and together playing and rating games is acceptable.

NOT LOGGED IN?: If you get a message about not being logged in, even though you are, it’s because your web browser cached the non-logged in page. You can fix this by either refreshing your cache or clearing your cache. CTRL+F5 in many browsers. Chrome is a bit more work. Press F12 to enable Developer Mode, then you can right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”. This option is unavailable if you are not in Developer Mode.

PORTS: Ports to other platforms can be done after the deadline. That said, the sooner you finish your port, the sooner people can play your game, improving your chances of placing in the final results. For best results, provide a Web version of your game, or a Windows version with no dependencies. Also be sure to rate about 20 games to improve your visibility.

MY GAME DOESN’T SHOW UP: If you can’t find your game, it’s usually because the URL to your downloads are missing ‘http://‘. Fix your URLs (http://mysite.com/mygame.zip) and you will show up. Alternatively, if you just posted it, wait a minute. The cache may not have refreshed yet.

MY GAME CRASHES, IS UNBEATABLE, OR I MADE A TYPO: We allow you to fix crash or win condition bugs after the deadline (in a sense, like “porting” to support more players). We also allow “typo” bugs. I.e. A true that should have been a false, a word that should have been a different word, very tiny changes that you would have caught if you had more sleep. We leave this open to interpretation, but generally speaking your game should be identical to the game you submitted. No new features, just things you messed up last minute. Typos.
