Edit: HTML5-Version is broken, cause gamemaker killed the collisions :( Next time I think... missed the compo submission about 3 minutes ^^
Edit 2: Added a "how-to-win"-Link ;D
You are a cat and you have to reach the skylight at the rooftop of the left house. You have to avoid the stuff thrown from above... try to avoid the cactis too... there is a dog at the ground... you should not rest to long down there... eat all cat-nips to open the skylight.
Keyboard:0
left and right key to move
q key to use your paws (you can destroy kaktus with it)
space to jump
xBox-Controller
left and right at the digital stick
a-Button to jump
right bumper to use your paws (you can kick katus with it)
use left- and right arrow key or use the digital stick at the oxbox360 controller... For all Controlls use the esc-button ingame :)
It was my 5th ldjam... this was def the hardest too... cause gamemaker drove my crazy... this is why there is no html5 export this time :( Hope you will try out the windows version ...

The controls felt very nice and responsive! I ended up getting levels that had a bunch of cacti, which I felt was kind of difficult. Funny sound effects :)
Graphics are decent (I love that cat drawing), sounds are funny. I never found a pipe to reach higher windows, though, so I didn't have much fun. Tried it about 20 times.

The pipes are at the first level on left side of the Window :D There you can jump on ;) Thanks for playing
A good game but quite a few bugs which prevent you from playing it properly and I can't quite figure out how to get to the top!
It was nice to play with joystick but couldnt get to the top, i dont know if im missing something.
Wow! Graphics were great! Challenging, but I really enjoyed it!
Nice sounds, "herp derp". Great graphics, and pretty original too. Good job!
Hi Lokiman. I'm sorry there is no OSX version in the pipe (I'm not willing to buy a osx-exporter for Gamemmaker + buying a dev-licence for Mac-Dev-Acc)... I tried to fix the html5-Problems but the problem cannot be solved... So you have to use the win version :(
Its so hard! Ended up by running off the screen over and over until I was given one with almost no cactus plants. :)
Good use of the rules :D You can push "q" to use your paws for kicking off cacti :D
Fun little game with nice graphics and fitting music & sound. Hard to beat too, I couldn't do it.
it's good 'old-style' mood in this game! but sound is slightly annoying for me. I liked controls, they're responsive. Also it's very fun game!! cool :)
Love the mood and the gameplay! Really a good job! P.s I won without using cheats ^^
Sorry I'm on Linux so I can't try it out. I'm just commenting to get it off my queue for when I search for "HTML5". Good luck!

TEAMS: Teams entering the Jam should pick a single representative to submit your game, or create a team specific account you can share. We currently do not support Team Voting, but sharing an account and together playing and rating games is acceptable.
NOT LOGGED IN?: If you get a message about not being logged in, even though you are, it’s because your web browser cached the non-logged in page. You can fix this by either refreshing your cache or clearing your cache. CTRL+F5 in many browsers. Chrome is a bit more work. Press F12 to enable Developer Mode, then you can right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”. This option is unavailable if you are not in Developer Mode.
PORTS: Ports to other platforms can be done after the deadline. That said, the sooner you finish your port, the sooner people can play your game, improving your chances of placing in the final results. For best results, provide a Web version of your game, or a Windows version with no dependencies. Also be sure to rate about 20 games to improve your visibility.
MY GAME DOESN’T SHOW UP: If you can’t find your game, it’s usually because the URL to your downloads are missing ‘http://‘. Fix your URLs (http://mysite.com/mygame.zip) and you will show up. Alternatively, if you just posted it, wait a minute. The cache may not have refreshed yet.
MY GAME CRASHES, IS UNBEATABLE, OR I MADE A TYPO: We allow you to fix crash or win condition bugs after the deadline (in a sense, like “porting” to support more players). We also allow “typo” bugs. I.e. A true that should have been a false, a word that should have been a different word, very tiny changes that you would have caught if you had more sleep. We leave this open to interpretation, but generally speaking your game should be identical to the game you submitted. No new features, just things you messed up last minute. Typos.
I love the instructions and the general mood of it all; the sound and graphics go together really well too. I found some of the levels (I assume they're generated) very difficult, with no checking that there weren't solid lines of cactus.
