* ACTUALLY FLEA
You are a flea, you want to prove the world you are the best (mobile) gamer that has ever existed but your body is the limitation, you cannot use touch screens! But making use of a /not so smart/ toad you were able to touch the screen at /your/ will and you received some attention and showcase, and now you are on stage! Under the spotlight!
But nobody knows it! Just the toad sees you when you uncover yourself, but humans know nothing and think the Toad is doing all the job, haha, hAHAHA, HAHA D:
Don't disappoint the audience! And DO NOT GET EATEN!
Controls:
WASD or Arrow keys to move
SPACE to start/unveil
------------
There are just 5 minigames unfortunately, due to lack of time.
I used:
- Unity 4.6
- Gimp 2.8.6
- Bosca Ceoil 1.1
- sfxr

The title threw me off, even with the *, so I kept getting one point. But after I figured it out, I realized that it's awesome!
Really charming and actually pretty fun! It has a nice balance of tension too.
YAY, For once I get to be the toad doing the licking and not the wierd guy in the corner licking the toad.
This is a cute great fun little game. Good Work!
Really clever idea, and amazing minigames!
One of my favorites, so far.
When playing your game, it reminds me a video on youtube. It describe someone use toad to play game on his phone, but the point is it's a real toad. Back to your game, graphic and audio are both nice, and the best part is the tongue shooting effect. :D
Really novel concept! It took me a while to realize I was supposed to move away to not get eaten, I was wondering why it would send back to the title screen when I beat the first minigame.
Great original concept, I loved the idea, and the game was nice and fun!
Pretty cool!
The biggest problem I have is that you get back to the menu every time a mini-game ends.
@Pampattitude, that means that you are not getting past the first level!
Hahaha, I like the game, just like Wario Ware but with toads and tongues... wait, just like Wario Ware, yeah. Needs more hypnotoad, but is great.
Are there more minigames? or am I failing and repeating from scratch without knowing?
¡Buen trabajo!
@Maesk there are 5, they all start appearing after you get 3 points.
Amazing game, only problem was that it didn't seem to have any in-game way to shut it off.
Incredible game! Amazing art (music its a bit annoying) and great feel of wario ware inc play style!
I think this is one of the best games I've played so far from LD. A good challenge, hilarious music, and ridiculous concept that I love.
Fantastic!
Hi there. Like the presentation, handheld console, frog playing etc. Like the sounds and graphics. Good job!
Super cool :D It's a very good use of the theme.
Also, the pixelart is great and nice music. Very enjoyable.
I would like to play a post-compo version with more minigames ^^
I liked this one a lot. The mini games were simple, but easy to understand within the limited time and still execute. The mechanic of taunting the frog into licking was rather amusing, and the overall level of polish was pretty high. The only thing that would have made this better was an end goal, something other than just a high-score game. That and more mini-games, but you already know that.
Probably the best I've played so far. Hilarious and original concept and put together well, very professional presentation. Also love the little fruit ninja reference.
Biggest pain point for me was the initial learning curve, took me 4 or 5 deaths right off the bat to get the timing right. Once I did though I kept playing hoping (oops, I almost wrote hopping) to get the swipe minigame and learn the timing on that one too.
My only other note would be the "prepare" and "victory" sound effects got a little repetitive. The music was wonderful though.
Not sure if you do this for a living?? but it definitely feels like a game from a pro dev!
This is one of the better games I've played so far. Nice art, sound, and clever use of the theme. I found that there were enough minigames to keep me playing and happy. It took me a minute to figure out what I was supposed to be doing, and I could never figure out how to feed the cat... Overall this one was a great, very well rounded game, good job.
@hitchh1k3r some people have told me the cat is the most difficult to figure out. You are just supposed to "drag" the coin to the cat, as if you would do it on a touch screen :P
I like the idea of this game however the collisions are slightly off. I was hitting the target without actually hitting it.
Great entry, thanks for sharing this. Hilarious, and definietly one of a kind. I plays perfectly and the controls were super easy. Everything was explained really well and thats always important. Nice job.
Congratz, very cool idea and well made!
It's WarioWare time!!
Took me awhile to figured out i can move the flea. :-)
Clever interpretation of the theme, and I really enjoyed the main gameplay mechanic; the frog skirts a line between user input and enemy... it's really cool! I also love the synths you used for the music stings... they were all kinds of nostalgic to me. Good work on this!

TEAMS: Teams entering the Jam should pick a single representative to submit your game, or create a team specific account you can share. We currently do not support Team Voting, but sharing an account and together playing and rating games is acceptable.
NOT LOGGED IN?: If you get a message about not being logged in, even though you are, it’s because your web browser cached the non-logged in page. You can fix this by either refreshing your cache or clearing your cache. CTRL+F5 in many browsers. Chrome is a bit more work. Press F12 to enable Developer Mode, then you can right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”. This option is unavailable if you are not in Developer Mode.
PORTS: Ports to other platforms can be done after the deadline. That said, the sooner you finish your port, the sooner people can play your game, improving your chances of placing in the final results. For best results, provide a Web version of your game, or a Windows version with no dependencies. Also be sure to rate about 20 games to improve your visibility.
MY GAME DOESN’T SHOW UP: If you can’t find your game, it’s usually because the URL to your downloads are missing ‘http://‘. Fix your URLs (http://mysite.com/mygame.zip) and you will show up. Alternatively, if you just posted it, wait a minute. The cache may not have refreshed yet.
MY GAME CRASHES, IS UNBEATABLE, OR I MADE A TYPO: We allow you to fix crash or win condition bugs after the deadline (in a sense, like “porting” to support more players). We also allow “typo” bugs. I.e. A true that should have been a false, a word that should have been a different word, very tiny changes that you would have caught if you had more sleep. We leave this open to interpretation, but generally speaking your game should be identical to the game you submitted. No new features, just things you messed up last minute. Typos.
I really like this game! I did find some times that the range of the frog's collision was a bit big (killed me when I wasn't under the tongue).
Music was super snazzy and I really like the eyes of the toad as well!
Just noticed the asterisk - nice touch.
With the audience in the background, it might be nice for an applause upon completing a level.
Thanks for making this and best of lick!
