Survive the lure of the black hole.
Inspired by Interstellar, Super Hexagon and the ever lingering dread of time lost.
Press the left or right or right arrow key to rotate or press both at the same time to fly away from the black hole.
Your perception of time may slow down as the black hole gets stronger, as may your frame rate...

Very agreable to play! ALT+ENTER for the best full-screen, eerie experience!
enjoyed the overall vibe and xperience. well playable immersion.
@Andynonomous - nah, just a screensize animation with additive blend mode, didn't have time for shaders!
@Andrea - I didn't even know you could do that! Oops...
@SolomaZ - thanks
@Andynonomous - hi again
@Mopz - me too!
Very good game, perfect mood, it gets hard really fast, couldn't survive more than 30-45 seconds.
A very immersive gameplay experience! I loved the atmosphere, great work!
nice little game. I love the art style you were going with and the whole old school scanlines thing. It is very colorful. However, why did you go for geometric shapes instead of asteroids and planets? This seems to be more fitting to the vibe and theme. Music is also very well done. Very ambient.
Music and graphics were really nice, like a colourful version of Asteroids. Nice concept as well.
Loved it! Really nice idea and simple controls, pretty presentation and simple to improve at, great work!
Great. I love how the sound comes together. I could just sit idly by and listen and be at peace.
Framerate did take a major dive at the end.
I like the musicality of it, it's strangely relaxing. Nice work.
That's an entertaining game with an awesome atmosphere created with the visuals and audio. Nice work!
Great entry for 48h. This is fantastic! Well executed concept, nice design, good attention to detail. I absolutely love the rocket's thrust particles getting sucked into the hole. The only problem is it gets too difficult too quickly.
A little side note: The thing in the middle that you see, or rather do not see, is the event horizon aka. the point of no return.
Very cool! I liked the interesting mechanic with the tradeoff between moving sideways and falling into the black hole, and the presentation and challenge were both strong!
I didn't win, but I played a bunch of times. The top from Andrea to Alt-Enter for fullscreen really made an immersive experience.
The sound created by the movement was a nice artistic touch that added to the experience. In fact the whole thing looked and sounded very nice, lots of great small touches coming together to make simple graphics shine.
Well done.
I loved the ambience of the game, and the aesthetic was one of the top few I've seen in this Ludum Dare! Very well made game, and very challenging but fun and mesmerising.
It was an amazing experience, worth playing and quite challenging! :D

TEAMS: Teams entering the Jam should pick a single representative to submit your game, or create a team specific account you can share. We currently do not support Team Voting, but sharing an account and together playing and rating games is acceptable.
NOT LOGGED IN?: If you get a message about not being logged in, even though you are, it’s because your web browser cached the non-logged in page. You can fix this by either refreshing your cache or clearing your cache. CTRL+F5 in many browsers. Chrome is a bit more work. Press F12 to enable Developer Mode, then you can right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”. This option is unavailable if you are not in Developer Mode.
PORTS: Ports to other platforms can be done after the deadline. That said, the sooner you finish your port, the sooner people can play your game, improving your chances of placing in the final results. For best results, provide a Web version of your game, or a Windows version with no dependencies. Also be sure to rate about 20 games to improve your visibility.
MY GAME DOESN’T SHOW UP: If you can’t find your game, it’s usually because the URL to your downloads are missing ‘http://‘. Fix your URLs (http://mysite.com/mygame.zip) and you will show up. Alternatively, if you just posted it, wait a minute. The cache may not have refreshed yet.
MY GAME CRASHES, IS UNBEATABLE, OR I MADE A TYPO: We allow you to fix crash or win condition bugs after the deadline (in a sense, like “porting” to support more players). We also allow “typo” bugs. I.e. A true that should have been a false, a word that should have been a different word, very tiny changes that you would have caught if you had more sleep. We leave this open to interpretation, but generally speaking your game should be identical to the game you submitted. No new features, just things you messed up last minute. Typos.
Really cool! I love the visual grain. Is that achieved with shaders? Simple and fun! Oddly similar (and much better presented than my own submission).
