This is great, if a bit strenuous. I was able to use both hands on both mouse buttons while moving it up and to the left so I didn't click Save Image As... which worked out pretty well.
Very simple mechanics yet so fun! Very intense to beat the red one. Good music, and the fact that they are cats is a plus!
Haha very cute game :D I love it!
I think one time I was being pushed off by an invisible cat, which was weird :P
I really wanted to beat that red cat, but alas I failed. Simplistic gameplay, but really nice music and visuals!
Silly game
Got way too easy once I noticed I could just press all three mouse buttons though :3
Couldn't pull off the fast clicking on a trackpad. Loved the art!
Hooray, I'm the king! I was pushing against an invisible kitty one time (when I retried after failing against the demon cat), but otherwise it worked fine.
The game kind of breaks at time when choosing opponents, and the music gets a tad repetitive, but eh... neat concept?
Very well made! It's surprisingly fun (though my clicking doesn't seem to be quite good enough).
Even with my double tapping technique, I am not ready to be King :c
aha fun concept. too hard on a laptop, might try with a mouse later :-D
Very cute. Love the kitties. Some heavy carpal tunnel syndrome warning though, phew!
clic, clic, clic, clic, clic, clic, I never gonna work :')
Thanks nice game.
Hi there. Okay, I just can't click that fast, managed a little progress with a trill - two fingers on the mouse button, don't really like doing that to the button tho'! Great mood and like the graphics&sounds
Lovely graphics, quite fitting music, but I think I broke my mouse and my arm :P
Simple mechanics, but I could not get past the third cat :P. Maybe just my bad luck I guess.
Furthermore, it was not clear to me that you could actually move your cat forward by clicking :P. There are still some bugs in it, like your own cat going invisible when you die.
Overall, I think this game has potential if you improve the animations, add some 'stages' and a pinch of storytelling :)!
Very nice simple game. My finger is now sore. Thanks for that =p
Yay! I won! That red cat was tough, but I managed to beat it! Fun little game!
Yay, button breaker! I love games like these! I didn't manage to take down more than a couple though ]:
Art and music is really awesome. And the difference of difficulties seem to be planned as well. I'll give it another try once I find my gamepad. Great job on this (;
This game physically hurt to beat, and I'm not even sure if that's a bad thing or not.
At least my mouse is still intact, but who knows for how much longer now. :P
Ha, had to use both my mouse and trackpad button to win against those cats.
Funny little game. I had fun while it lasted. Played it on my tablet so I just tapped the screen like mad - I imagine it's harder with the mouse. Like the art style, very charming.
Nice idea, but i'm not gonna destroy my mouse. No matter how cute those cats look.
Hmm... not a fan of the click-fest angle, since it gets repetitive quickly. Aside from that though, there were a couple of things that could have used some polishing.
Being able to right-click to push more seemed.... questionable, since it brings up the right-click window also... which is odd and probably should have been avoided since it can cause issues. (someone right-clicking, then accidentally hitting "save image as"), which brings up the save dialogue box and ahhhhh, it's just a messy implementation for such a simple game.
The only other thing that may have been nice is to have some sort of splash when you push the cat to the other side, maybe animations for a cat walking/pushing. Just some additional visual indicators.
Maybe also cut out some of the cats, since the game is already fairly repetitive, I'd say having half the amount of opponents would be more suitable to the pacing of the game.
I loved the idea: simple yet intense! It could be a great mobile game.
This is a fun entry. I couldn't get pass the 4th cat, but on the second try, I accidentally came across a bug and easily became Simba. Mufasa would have been proud!
Cute cats! I Included it in part 15 of my Ludum Dare 31 compilation video series, if you would like to check it out :) http://youtu.be/feGcEIoOFjA
Oh ironic : a cat game to kill my mouse stupidly clicking on it.
Concept is fun, it would benefit of some more animations and sound, to get some feedback of the combat's fur(r)y.
Music is nice but maybe a little bit too serious for your game. I feels like I need more sillyness :)
Anyway, good job here !
Nice idea making a shoving match, but could have been so much more fun and reward with a bit more put into it.
I really love a well made 1 button game. In my opinion, they really need to reward the player for every click (in some way past just "winning"). Animation and sound effects would have really gone a long wa here! Imagine little 8-bit meows! "MEW! MEW! ME-ME-ME-MEW!" And little impacts pixels or eyes blinking eyes with each hit would have been great. Maybe a splash when a cat lands up in the drink? Really feels like so much more could have been done here, but nice looking cats and cool music so kudos for that!
Well someone has Garageband!
Oddly fun game, has one steep difficulty curve to it though....I think I broke my mouse.....and my hand.....and my self-esteem to be kitten king :)
It's cute. I think that if you did something like you have to click to the beat or a way to make it more and more challenging without getting carpel tunnel that it could easily be a hit cat game!
Super cute and good use of the theme. I wish there was a wet angry "MEOW" for winning.
Had a lot of fun. Pushed a lot of kitties. I liked the music, I liked the art. I'm not sure how I feel about destroying my mouse to be a cat... huh.
Anyway, very fun. Thanks again for checking out Natquik and for voting/commenting. It means a lot. Congrats on getting your entry in!

MY GAME CRASHES, IS UNBEATABLE, OR I MADE A TYPO: We allow you to fix crash or win condition bugs after the deadline (in a sense, like “porting” to support more players). We also allow “typo” bugs. I.e. A true that should have been a false, a word that should have been a different word, very tiny changes that you would have caught if you had more sleep. We leave this open to interpretation, but generally speaking your game should be identical to the game you submitted. No new features, just things you messed up last minute. Typos.
Yay! Kitties!
