You are a termite! Chomp the wood, avoid the sap, spiders, and birds. Climb to the top of this hollow tree for glory. Yeah, right, glory.
Use the mouse to move around. Esc/p to pause.

This is a lot of fun! The best part is your termite dancing to the music. (I assume it is dancing to the music.)
Haha, I love the concept of being inside the tree with other bugs and birds trying to peck their way in. Very fun!
My only critique would be that the tutorial messages got really annoying after a while and interrupted my gameplay experience. I can guess that birds will be evil and I could have easily learned to not step in the sticky goo by stepping in it while no enemies were around.
At the very least an option to disable to disable the messages or "[ ] check this box to disable future messages".
I got this error on Ubuntu 12.04:
Set current directory to /home/eric/dl
Found path: /home/eric/dl/BitmiteBlitz.x86
There is no data folder
I love games that put me in a perspective I never would have thought to explore. Great game!
I keep coming back to this game to try to beat my score. I don't think I'll be able to :P
A very solid and fun game! The menus are rather confusing but the game itself is well done.
Nice game ! Funny, challenging and the score sharing at the end is a very nice touch !
Nice! Very addictive.
My only complaint is that the mouse sensitivity seemed too high.
This is definitely one of the most polished games I've seen in the LD. Having an achievement system is an impressive addition, given the time constraint. Also, the mechanics work rather well (got 8th first try (TUO)). For the most part, this is a game that played it safe with the basic game and then went beyond it later on, making it definitely one of the better entries.
Your tutorial is amazing and well thought out! I really appreciate you taking the time to teach the player about all of your mechanics and making it clear what things do.
Graphics are fun and detailed. I hate bugs though!
Good game, it gives me the same feeling as Flappy bird which is a good thing.
Cool! I gave you +1 star on graphics just for the bird. Really fun game!
Very fun ! I made 10k ! the energy drink, I'm not sure if it's a bonus or a burden...
This termite is ninja D:
Quite fun! But one hit death is pretty tough.
This is a really nicely made arcade game. When the audio of me playing "CRAP! *restart*" more than 3 times in a row, I call it an addicting success. Lots of fun, and it's impressive to see achievements implemented in a game with such a short development time. Well done!
A solid entry on a technical level but everything feels a bit generic to me. I expect something a bit whackier from a jam game.
Haha, this was surprisingly addicting! I'm only shy of two achievements! Any hints as to what the secret achievement is?
@FilthandMoney Really impressive score! So I hate to say it, but the last secret achievement is impossible to get unless you cheated some how. We plan on taking it out of future versions. Sorry about that.
Well made game! I included it in part 11 of my Ludum Dare compilation video if you'd like to check it out :) http://youtu.be/-vf2U372Ego
Simple game but really fun and I like how everything is consistent (except maybe the energy drink but who cares?). Great work!
Well done! Rare to see a leaderboard in an LD game, and I think it's definitely a nice touch.
THe game is pretty viral, nice runner. Just i think it could be a little bit more faster at earlier lvls

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you want to place in the final results, you NEED votes. The easiest way to get votes is by rating other games. Judging lasts for 3 weeks following the end of Ludum Dare. For best effect, rate 20 games as soon as possible. Rating more games is encouraged.
MORE TIPS AND DETAILS AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE
TEAMS: Teams entering the Jam should pick a single representative to submit your game, or create a team specific account you can share. We currently do not support Team Voting, but sharing an account and together playing and rating games is acceptable.
NOT LOGGED IN?: If you get a message about not being logged in, even though you are, it’s because your web browser cached the non-logged in page. You can fix this by either refreshing your cache or clearing your cache. CTRL+F5 in many browsers. Chrome is a bit more work. Press F12 to enable Developer Mode, then you can right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”. This option is unavailable if you are not in Developer Mode.
PORTS: Ports to other platforms can be done after the deadline. That said, the sooner you finish your port, the sooner people can play your game, improving your chances of placing in the final results. For best results, provide a Web version of your game, or a Windows version with no dependencies. Also be sure to rate about 20 games to improve your visibility.
MY GAME DOESN’T SHOW UP: If you can’t find your game, it’s usually because the URL to your downloads are missing ‘http://‘. Fix your URLs (http://mysite.com/mygame.zip) and you will show up.
MY GAME CRASHES, IS UNBEATABLE, OR I MADE A TYPO: We allow you to fix crash or win condition bugs after the deadline (in a sense, like “porting” to support more players). We also allow “typo” bugs. I.e. A true that should have been a false, a word that should have been a different word, very tiny changes that you would have caught if you had more sleep. We leave this open to interpretation, but generally speaking your game should be identical to the game you submitted. No new features, just things you messed up last minute. Typos.
Very fun! I went for 2 round ( I'm Mallot1 on the achievements ) I also like the different things keeping the game fun and enjoyable. Great! :D GameGrape Corporation: www.codingrevolution.blogspot.com
