Fantastic graphics and music! Took me a while to figure out you only shoot when you click on an enemy. Overall though, really cool
seems to not working on windows 8.1, but music in the menu is good so far
I have developped on windows 8.1, so it seems strange that it doesn't work... What happened exactly ?
hi monaarc,
I will test your game later! (@work, no downloads right now)
But a quick reply to a comment you left on my game: the first enemy submarine appears after you shoot your tenth shark :)
Greetings,
JP
Everything works, there's a minor bug when laser will not go through ruins that were just destroyed but I didn't mind. Good job!
Hate it when they spawn on top of me. Music is nice, you made it yourself?
Yes with a little help from a friend for recording some instruments
Very nice for a first game and first Ludum Dare ! One little adice though, the players dies instantly when a tomb pops up on him, and I first thought it was a bug. Maybe you could add a timer when the tomb appears during wich it cannot hurt the player. Anyway good job !
thanks for the advice, I will be careful about that next time :)
The graphics and music are quite nice and it played well enough, though I wish there were powerups or something. One thing, the controls seemed to have only one direction at a time, like, up or right or whatever, which seems pretty awkward for a twin stick shooter.
C'est du bon boulo mon petit !
I look forward to see more (:
keep it up !
Good analysis Cambrian_Man, i will take care of those problems for my next games
excellent! I love the sounds and the game style very much! It's quick and fun. Controls seem a bit buggy though, It would be better if the avatar shoots no matter what, I guess (even if you don't click an enemy)
I agree with you spartangeek, I will solve all of this problems for my next games :) thanks for your advice
@DarkEngineer : it sounds strange what you said, i can't tell you where your problem comes from... sorry ! I have tested the link and it works for on every computer I use
Really cool game, wonderfull graphics and music, challenging gameplay. Too bad enemies can spawn so close to you, making move useless.
This would be great to be able to shoot even if you are not targeting a coffin.
Great job for a first entry.
thanks Marcellus, I take every analysis with attention it will be very useful for creating my next games !!!
Really cool and great work for the 48 hours! Congratulations on your first gamejam and welcome to Ludum Dare!
Great game. I liked the mood, theme, and music (finally something undead). Being able to fire your weapon even when not targeting a mob would be nice (feels less like whack-a-mole). More reason to venture deeper into the grave would be cool too.
Thanks guys ! @Teesquared : You are not the first to tell me about those things, and I promise I will fix that for my next games :)
Difficult, hectic, and a take on "beneath the surface" that I definitely didn't think of. I loved the tune; it really set a coffin-killing mood. I only managed to get 3000 points...

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you want to place in the final results, you NEED votes. The easiest way to get votes is by rating other games. Judging lasts for 3 weeks following the end of Ludum Dare. For best effect, rate 20 games as soon as possible. Rating more games is encouraged.
MORE TIPS AND DETAILS AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE
TEAMS: Teams entering the Jam should pick a single representative to submit your game, or create a team specific account you can share. We currently do not support Team Voting, but sharing an account and together playing and rating games is acceptable.
NOT LOGGED IN?: If you get a message about not being logged in, even though you are, it’s because your web browser cached the non-logged in page. You can fix this by either refreshing your cache or clearing your cache. CTRL+F5 in many browsers. Chrome is a bit more work. Press F12 to enable Developer Mode, then you can right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”. This option is unavailable if you are not in Developer Mode.
PORTS: Ports to other platforms can be done after the deadline. That said, the sooner you finish your port, the sooner people can play your game, improving your chances of placing in the final results. For best results, provide a Web version of your game, or a Windows version with no dependencies. Also be sure to rate about 20 games to improve your visibility.
MY GAME DOESN’T SHOW UP: If you can’t find your game, it’s usually because the URL to your downloads are missing ‘http://‘. Fix your URLs (http://mysite.com/mygame.zip) and you will show up.
MY GAME CRASHES, IS UNBEATABLE, OR I MADE A TYPO: We allow you to fix crash or win condition bugs after the deadline (in a sense, like “porting” to support more players). We also allow “typo” bugs. I.e. A true that should have been a false, a word that should have been a different word, very tiny changes that you would have caught if you had more sleep. We leave this open to interpretation, but generally speaking your game should be identical to the game you submitted. No new features, just things you messed up last minute. Typos.
Very nice one! loved the music and the menu!
